    **Please let me start off by stating that I do not own a Cadillac, but I do have a GM product.** I have used Crest's services for my vehicles since 2016 after not being able to schedule service within a reasonable time frame at a couple of the area's Chevy Dealership shops. After asking around for a good GM service shop, a friend raved about the continued level of service they receive for their GM vehicles (again, not Cadillac) from Crest's service shop. I took the advice and have been nothing but pleased with the availability and speed of service, the professionalism of Crest's service advisors and their customer amenities in the waiting area. Believe it or not I do look forward to bringing in my vehicles for service and the service price is what you would normally pay in a Chevy shop, but you are receiving Cadillac level service.

    My review is solely based on the parts department only which helps me from time to time with a situation related to me providing customer service when I can't, it's a equipment issue that's out of my control. Ken, Pat and Chris in the parts department are wonderful in our business relationship and we work well together just trying to provide customer satisfaction in our own ways.

We walked after feeling uncomfortable with the sales process…read more Inquired about a used Toyota that was advertised on Car Gurus earlier in the week and said I would like to come and see it. We live about an hour away. Set up an appointment for Saturday morning because I was out of town all week on business. Received a text from the dealer text number saying that someone was coming on Friday to see it and that is was first come, first served. I didn't have a problem with that and agreed to come to see it before the other "customer" had their appointment. We went in and drove the car and really liked it. Got back in the office and started to negotiate and they were disputing the price on Car Gurus. The salesman said that the price was over $2,000 more and he would have to ask manager to get the price. Kenny (mgr) came over and barely greeted us. I stood up to initiate shaking hands and he did not offer to shake my wife's hand. Said they would honor the price but made us feel stupid for suggesting it. Same with the sales rep. Meanwhile, the "customer" who was said to be coming in to test drive the car never showed up as the car just sat as their 6:30 pm appointment time came and passed. I do not believe there was someone else coming that evening and they made up the story to pressure us. Poor service, sketchy behavior. Won't go back.

We are about the easiest sale any dealership could make, as we always know what we want (Toyota), and what to expect. However, this dealership exceeded our expectations (which were good when we came through the door already). Chris Eckart was professional but friendly, easy going but timely, prompt but very flexible. All of the team was attentive to our needs, from management down and almost clairvoyant whenever we encountered additional requirements for the purchase. Management and finance was handled with grace and style. Some of the "Best" explanations regarding warranty and purchase requirements were given by the group. It may be awhile before we go back, because the cars are that good. However, we'll be back!

Once there, we were met by Acct. Exec. Sarah DePover. She showed us two cars she thought we might like and was very informative about each of the vehicles. She then encouraged us to take test drives of each, which we did. There are not a lot of used cars to chose from at this location, but Enterprise has stores all around the country and for a fee, one can have a vehicle shipped/driven in. We also became aware that one can basically "shop" for all Enterprise used cars on sale by way of their website, which will show all the vehicles they have for sale around the country. We accessed and perused the website after visiting the car lot and found the website very user friendly. We honestly can't say enough about how professional and knowledgeable Sarah was. She knows a lot about cars and is a true ambassador and asset for Enterprise, but it is her service oriented, upbeat, personable demeanor that makes us wish we could have found and bought our "dream car" from her.
