    Fair treatment: ***** Integrity/Honesty by service writer: ***** Value/price: ***** Fast service: ***** This review is for the service department at Wilde Honda. I realize some people may have had bad experiences but I have never had a poor experience at Wilde Honda Service which is why I keep coming back. I have had my Acura TL Type S serviced here many times for oil changes, radiator flush, transmission flush and more recently, new radiator, timing belt, tie rods and now A-Arm replacement. I also recently purchased summer tires here. I had a hiccup with that but as my good friend Scott N would say, "how did they recover/fix it?" So how did the service department fixed it? They fixed it quickly and without hesitation which is why I keep bringing my Acura back here. Acura is essentially a Honda and servicing it here at times has saved me about 50% from Acura of Brookfield. Case in point, Acura of Brookfield quoted me over $500 for my front Brembo pads. Wilde Honda quoted me $300. They have 17 bays at this Honda dealership and recently expanded to accommodate more cars. Why is this important? It is about getting your car in and out so you are not out of a vehicle. They have plenty of service adviser and the garage door opens as soon as I pull up for me to enter and I'm greeted within seconds if not less than a minute by a service adviser to get me into the system and out. Shuttle service and loaners are available. Al Dilger was my service advisor and this time Devin Jenkins took care of me. Each time, a call to tell me the diagnosis, estimate and time it will take. Today, my car was in at 9 am and I received a call at 1:15 telling me my car is done. Devin greeted me within a few seconds of me getting out of my car, took all my information quickly and was out within 10 minutes.

The work has always been done correctly and at the price promised. I'm usually a "by the book" purchaser of services and avoid the extras a dealer wants to add on. In Wilde's case they gave me a printed list of recommended additional services and prices. Everything is optional, no hard sell. The service writer explained why the additional services are recommended and at how many miles. None of them were ridiculous; all were intended to increase the life of the car. The list also states their hourly rate for any other work I want. The Wilde family sold this dealership to a larger multi-state company a couple of years ago. I expected service quality do decline. In fact, it has become even better. The new service and showroom building is beautiful. Highly recommended.

Check your dated receipt of payment to when I signed out loaner. Wasn't even 30 min. When I spoke with Mike, your service manager he told me it needed another part to get it working & they would fix it at that time. That didn't work either. I feel I was taken out of $1000 by your dealership. I don't expect any compensation. Just want to voice my review so others can see what can happen if they take a car to be serviced there. Make sure you test drive it before paying for any repairs. I don't belive my car was ever test driven. Beware. They have more negative reviews than positive reviews. Maybe you could explain to me how on my paid bill for $1037.31 when I picked up car originally stating speedometer was working correctly & that your "tech" took for a test drive the mileage was 221261 IN & 221261/OUT???? EVEN I KNOW THE ODOMETER WOULD'VE CHANGED WITH A "WORKING SPEEDOMETER " IF HE DROVE IT LIKE YOU SAID HE DID!!

However, this dealership exceeded our expectations (which were good when we came through the door already). Chris Eckart was professional but friendly, easy going but timely, prompt but very flexible. All of the team was attentive to our needs, from management down and almost clairvoyant whenever we encountered additional requirements for the purchase. Management and finance was handled with grace and style. Some of the "Best" explanations regarding warranty and purchase requirements were given by the group. Once there, we were met by Acct. Exec. Sarah DePover. She showed us two cars she thought we might like and was very informative about each of the vehicles. She then encouraged us to take test drives of each, which we did. There are not a lot of used cars to chose from at this location, but Enterprise has stores all around the country and for a fee, one can have a vehicle shipped/driven in. We also became aware that one can basically "shop" for all Enterprise used cars on sale by way of their website, which will show all the vehicles they have for sale around the country. We accessed and perused the website after visiting the car lot and found the website very user friendly. We honestly can't say enough about how professional and knowledgeable Sarah was. She knows a lot about cars and is a true ambassador and asset for Enterprise, but it is her service oriented, upbeat, personable demeanor that makes us wish we could have found and bought our "dream car" from her.
