It seems the not so qualified team of technicians at another service provider that installed these sway bars were less than stellar. The kicker was when I was told by Damon, "no charge". He also noticed some issues I had been putting off getting fixed, but he gave me such a good price I could not pass up. Even had a loaner vehicle for me to drive for free until mine was ready!
