I just wanted to follow up and thank Damon and the quality team at ETE in Waukesha. It turns out…read morethe issue was two recently replaced front sway bar assemblies. It seems the not so qualified team of technicians at another service provider that installed these sway bars were less than stellar. The kicker was when I was told by Damon, "no charge". The team diagnosed the issue, tightened up the sway bars and even drove a couple more times after per my persistence before I picked it up. You have earned all my future vehicle repair/service work. Even got my sister to go here too, and she likes them just as much! BUT. I cannot give them 5 stars in good conscience because THERE IS NO WAITING ROOM TO SPEAK OF at this location. They have literally one janky chair parked in the main area in front of their ATM machine, so there's literally nowhere to wait for what could be (for some of us) hours, waiting for the repairs to be completed. Come on guys, you could EASILY add on a customer waiting room to the east side of your facility, eh? You do great work, but some of your customers don't have the luxury of having someone able to pick us up while we're waiting, and bring us back later. Do your customers a solid, and ADD A WAITING ROOM! (and restroom!)

This happened on a Thursday morning, and I was driving my truck back home Friday afternoon! He also noticed some issues I had been putting off getting fixed, but he gave me such a good price I could not pass up. Even had a loaner vehicle for me to drive for free until mine was ready! I can tell you now, I will not be using anyone else going forward for anything to do with my truck. The office staff is phenomenal to work with, and honestly what had been a bad week due to the issues my truck turned to a great Friday getting my truck back in the best shape it has been in a long time.
