There are a lot of positive reviews so I took a chance. Lance was very helpful and accommodating with great customer service. When asked about it, she stated "I don't need to do anything I don't want to." She then proceeded to get into OUR car WITHOUT a mask and do the emissions inspection. When confronted again about not wearing a mask when in an enclosed space in OUR personal car, the response was "I don't need to do anything I don't want to; the virus isn't airborne anyways." Obviously, that is factually incorrect, but I don't believe the owner cares. IF this business wants to conduct themselves in this manner, they should announce publicly "we don't respect you and will not wear masks". They are endangering the health, safety, wellbeing, and lives of others with these reckless actions - had we known this was their policy,, we would have taken our business elsewhere. Those that agree with the owners principles could still frequent the business, but those of us that believe the science should not be subjected to their ignorance. The state should also NOT be driving business (as an "approved" vehicle emissions inspection facility) to a facility that is FLOUTING the state's own mask mandate.
