Having just arrived in Rome we set out on a walk from our hotel to begin sampling the local cuisine. We found this place that had plenty of options for ready-made pizza....including toppings I had never before seen on a pizza. It was hard to not try all of them. Eggplant! What? Creamy potatoes with bacon? All so delicious! Food is ready so you eat within a few minutes after they heat up the food in the oven. Fast service, mostly friendly.

    Prosciutto and mozzarella pizza.YUM!

I definitely felt like I got my Italy pizza experience at this place! Delicious, thin crust, flavorful prosciutto and mozzarella pizza that had my tastebuds dancing in my mouth. I couldn't have been more pleased. Fresh, mouthwatering ingredients, baked to a perfect crunch. The pizza was huge for a decent price and 4 of us could barely get through half of it. You can also buy 4 slices, 6 slices, etc. It paired very well with a red wine.

They have a small pizza and a bigger size which I would say is about 10 inches. The small size was sold out on my first visit and found out better to arrive earlier (before 6) for these. The Mini pies are good if you want to try a few varieties-so many so little time. Ordered the big Amatriciana (the unloved pasta dish of the big Roman four as a pizza) which was recommended-Pecorino, mozzarella with the Pork cheeks taking it over the top-one of their most popular and rightfully so! On the second visit , they had the small size pies-Friarielli & Salsiccia-Broccoli Rave and sausage-tasty, Fegato & Cipolla-pork liver sausage with onions and peppers made for a "not everyday" and delicious pie. Both visits service was excellent and engaged. This place screams independent and one of a kind but it turns out they are a regional chain with a handful of locations. Amazing pizza with so many options!

Plus, the space is very hot inside, but better to sit near the window or do takeaway. I wasn't very hungry, but wanted one last pizza in Italy. When I saw that this spot does mini pizzas, which means I was able to choose a variety of flavors; I was so excited! Unfortunately, they ran out of the mini pizza dough and only had the large. It really is a shame, because I didn't think the bigger version is worth €15 each. Nonetheless, I ordered the Burrata & Anchovies while the husband got Pepperoni. I really did enjoy the flavor and chewiness of the dough. The burrata also gave it such a nice creaminess to balance the pizza that worked perfectly. Sadly, I had to waste a slice because I couldn't finish the larger pizza, so still a bit upset that I couldn't order the mini. With that said, it's a delicious pizza spot.

**Ce Stamo a Pensà -- Rome **…read more After a long flight and arriving in Rome late at night, we decided to stretch our legs and walk around--and somehow stumbled upon this little gem. There were no tables available when we arrived, but we figured the wait might be worth it. **It absolutely was.** While we waited, they offered us some wine and a little bite--almost like a small pastry filled with cheese and tomato--which was such a thoughtful touch and made the wait feel effortless. Once seated, we ordered more wine along with two Roman classics: **Cacio e Pepe and Carbonara.** The **Cacio e Pepe** was exactly what we hoped for: beautifully creamy, cheesy, and well balanced without feeling overly heavy or greasy. The pepper came through nicely, complementing the richness of the cheese rather than overpowering it. The **Carbonara** was equally impressive. The pasta had that wonderful fresh, silky texture, the sauce was rich and intensely cheesy, and the pancetta was perfectly crispy and salty. Every bite had the right balance of creamy, savory, and salty. Ambiance was quiet, chill and very welcomely.

The food is pretty good. I'd stay away from the traditional sandwich and go for the pita pocket…read moretype sandwiches or the pasta dishes. Also the fried pizza is pretty good. The service is very good and friendly. Now the warning. There is usually a line. There are only enough tables for 15 people and calling them tables is a stretch. As you walk along a thin hallway towards the restroom there are 3 tables for 2. At the entrance there are two counters that have 4 seats on one side and 5 on the other. You also need to have an ass that fits on a small stool. They play great American and British Rock and have semi passable AC.
