This place will always be my mom's go-to donut shop no matter what. We've been coming here for over 10+ years and the donuts never get old to us. Donuts are made to perfection and made fresh daily. The staff working here are very nice and sweet. This place is located on Atlantic & Mission. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone to try.

This review is months waaaay over due! Service here is always great. Donuts are always fresh. Plus, they make pink raised donuts, which not every donut shop has! They also make the cutest seasonal donuts. One of the best places for freshly made juices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ok, trying another donut shop today in hopes of getting donuts that won't give the entire team a sugar high like yesterday. These donuts were much better. Also decently priced. The matcha donut was a bit bland... there was a tiny hint of matcha taste in it but tasted diluted. The ube donut was sufficient but didn't have that significant ube-ness to it. However, we still liked it because it wasn't crazy sweet. The dough had that elasticity that good donuts are supposed to have! Overall, I'd definitely come back to this one. Happy Halloween!!

Their donuts are super fresh and soft. I stopped by in the morning after seeing they had a 50% off special for the weekend. I'm surprised even after a few days my donuts can still be soft after microwaving it. They also packaged my donuts well in a box and sealed with tape. The cheapest donut costs $1.65. Besides donuts, they also sell sandwiches, burritos, crossiants, coffee, juices, and smoothies. There is plenty of parking, but its location is located on a corner of Altlantic and a small street right next to Mission so hard to miss so drive slow. The only need for improvement I see is they should repeat a person's order to make sure they got it correct. When I ordered, I repeated and pointed at the menu the smoothie I want but ended up getting the wrong one. However, they remade it after I told them it's wrong. Therefore, it would be nice to make sure and repeat the order back to the customer to avoid these situations. Tip: Try to pay with cash if you can. A service fee of 50 cents is charged when paying with card.

Omg !! These ladies run a top notch operation. The Donut are great as well as the fresh juice or veggie drinks.. but there sandwich's are awesome, the turkey on crossiant is so yummy and just perfect every time. Great place clean friendly and always fresh.

With an assortment of different donuts, breakfast burritos/sandwiches, and smoothies to choose from I'm sure there is something for everyone to choose from that they will enjoy! Located in a small plaza in the corner of Atlantic Blvd and Front St, the store is located in a nice area where they can easily be spotted. The staff at this store are always very friendly and accommodating, telling you the best deals. Their donuts are fresh and soft as well as their croissants that they prepare in the front when you order. You can definitely taste the freshness of their food. Ever since my family and I tried this store, it has become our local donut shop, I hope everyone can come and support this local business.

We got the ube donut which was sweet, fluffy and has a slight ube taste. We also got the banana and matcha smoothie which which were delicious. Owner is very friendly and sweet. She also said that she doesn't add sugar to the smoothies which was an added plus for me. The shop was welcoming, very clean, and comfortable. I would definitely come back again for the banana smoothie and maybe try their sandwiches!

Found hair in one of the donuts which was gross because they had displayed it out and didn't notice it even though it was very obvious since it was white frosting black hair. Besides the, donuts weren't too bad and the service was alright.

Donut + boba drinks. Their donut selection is not that big. However, it is super solid. Nothing was too stale or "doughy". Got a cake donut, regular glazed, and a bear claw. Regular glazed was my favorite. Fluffy & perfect amount of glaze. Their drinks are on the really sweet side. I have a huge.sweet tooth and still thought that so prepare for a super sugar rush. Parking is a lot. Cash-only and the workers here are nice and fast. read more

Great donut shop and one of the few in the area. They open very early and I was able to buy a box of freshly made donuts for my team on my way to work, which is around 5:30 am. The donuts are fresh and not too sweet. They have a wide range of flavors that you can select from- from your classic glaze/chocolate to the more complex ones with lemon/raspberry fillings. I'm usually not a frequent desert eater but I really enjoy their donuts and have gone back several times since my initial visit. They also sell boba drinks and coffee. Overall a great donut shop with very reasonable pricing. read more

Stopped by for chocolate twist and a small coffee before work. Service: was okay. The lady behind the counter was not the friendliest. However, a gentleman came out after and made up for it...he was great and all smiles. Coffee: was nice and hot and had decent flavor and not bitter. Kudos! Donuts: never seen such flat donuts! They were small. The consistency was too soft and moist. The chocolate frosting was good and the right amount, but not enough to save a mediocre donut. Predictable. Consistent. Delicious. I don't buy donuts much, but this is your standard garden variety place. Just wish they had made the filled one sooner (I came in way early.) Cash only, no cards. And they sell lottery tickets. read more

Not the absolute best blueberry muffin I've ever had but it was better than average. I liked that the blueberries weren't all mushed up like at some places. I also agree with Mike N. in that they have some pretty good other flavors: cream cheese muffin was pretty good. read more

I came late, about forty minutes before closing, so no judgment on the limited donuts leftover. My fault. I got a twist, cinnamon crumb, and an apple fritter. They all tasted the same, really. Nothing special here. They're not bad, not great... just okay. read more

My boyfriend and I always come here since it's close to his house, the donuts are always fresh and they sell out quick since they open early in the morning. Definitely recommend coming here if you wanted something quick in the morning before work or school! The staff is also always super kind and friendly. read more

This place has been around for a long time and they just keep getting better and better. I love that these donuts taste so fresh, eating just one is not possible. Came here this past Saturday to buy some donuts for my sons basketball team, as he had a game at 9AM. I got a dozen mixed along with 4 dozen holes. If you want to be taken advantage of, this is your place. The price for a dozen mixed is north of 10 bucks and I didn't bother to request specific ones and I told the guy/owner behind the counter to just decide (that was a huge mistake) and he gave me all the junky small ones.. Thats just bad business if you ask me.. I only came here because it was literally down the street and I didn't want to drive to far on a cold Saturday morning. Happy eating.. read more

B minus donuts. The donuts i tasted were good but it felt like they went slightly overboard with the sugar. The coffee however,was better than the donuts in my opinion. The texture is good enough for you to return back again but i can assure you that you probably had better. The lady is a sweetheart who sells the donuts but the prices are a lil bit higher than what you would expect. Not crazy expensive but there are places where you can go to get something comparable for about the same flavor or better. Nothing about there donuts are signature or original. Slightly above average. Cash only is also a negative. Sometimes its a pain in the ass to run and get cash at a atm which charges 2.25 in addition to what you withdraw. So the total might as well come up to what you pay for your donuts,plus the local atm fee. read more

I love this place! They have everything from donuts to sandwichs to different flabor boba drinks! Its like a one-stop shop... esp when you are getting your laundry done next store... Ive been coming here for a long time now. The donuts are not as sweet as they once were and in my opinion are perfect now! If u havent gone to buy donuts because they were too sweet in the past u need to go back in and try them now. Im postive youll agree this place is the best in town! probably the best apple fritter in sgv! milk tea boba is also my fav! owners are great and super friendly. Los Angeles has an abundance of donut shops, and Alhambra Donuts is a popular neighborhood spot catering to early risers. While the environment is friendly and lively with regulars chatting over coffee, the donuts themselves are average at best - tasting a bit stale and lacking in flavor. The apple fritter was dense but lacked apple or cinnamon taste, and the maple bar was dry despite frosting. The old-fashioned donut was the most passable option. However, the prices felt steep for the overall mediocre quality, making this place only worth visiting in the early morning hours when other donut competitors are closed. read more
