WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!!!!!! At first Margarita seems to be nice and helpful, It was my first dress shopping experience, At first I explained to Margarita what kind of dress I was looking for my wedding she showed me one that didn't seem like the one I wanted it but she pushed for me to try it,, after that I like it but I told her that the dress was missing the sleeves and some adjustments,(I TOLD HER CLEARLY THAT I DONT LIKE DRESSES WITHOUT SLEEVES)she promised that she would make all the adjustments with out no problem (but she never told me that she was going to charge me more that $300) until she called me 2 months before of my wedding to make the adjustments 2 weeks later I went to try the dress after adjustments and the dress didn't had the SLEEVES,, Margarita was not there so I called her later and told her about the SLEEVES and she told me that I didn't pay for the sleeves plus that It was my fault cause I didn't reminded her and that if I wanted the sleeves she would charge more On top of that they had to adjust all over again the dress cause it didn't fit right and it didn't look like the 1st time I tried it. By that time it was almost 2 weeks away from my wedding day and I got tired of dealing with Margarita and her assistant because beside they are full of bad attitude and excuses of their mixtakes... After all that I realized that Margarita since that beginning she was interesting on sealing her dresses and not on helping the customer on whatever they need and make them happy... Really Disappointed and stressed out cause I only had 2 weeks to find another dress cause obviously I didn't use that dress... Once You buy the dress they don't really care if after the adjustments You are not happy and satisfied and also they start giving bad attitude.. I'm surprised that they are still open with the service they provided.,that's the reason I ended not buying the bridesmaids dresses or nothing else... I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!! Not even one star they deserve. read more

Margarita is awesome! She has lots of experience fitting women into dresses that will flatter their figures. She also has excellent taste. I have been a repeat customer since she made me look fabulous for a quinceanera (after I had just recently given birth to my third child). I have always found elegant dresses for weddings, quinceaneras, prom. My middle child just bought her junior prom dress there. We had no clue as to what to buy and Margarita showed us plenty of lovely items and we decided upon a long, shimmering, gold-rose dress . Her wonderful shop never disappoints. The dress had to be tailored and it was ready and pressed in less than a week. I recommend that you get there early to shop as the store is "First-Come-First-Served" and business is booming. LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Stumbled upon Alexis Bridal via google after I had driven 40 minutes south to go dress shopping and the store I planned to visit was closed. They have a great selection (many formals and semi-formals), the price is right and the service is friendly, non-pushy, with the focus - what is best for you? Margarita was determined to find me a "young" MOG dress (43 yrs) and yet one that is beautiful and flattering on me. I did a one-stop shop, getting my dress and all accessories. Going back for a same day fitting. Highly Recommend this store to anyone looking for formal or semi-formal dresses. read more
