At first she seems very accommodating, which is one thing, but not humble in the sense where she doesn't acknowledge her mistakes and there were many many many made. The other girls in the bridal party have yet to make their reviews but I want it to be known that they had mistakes too. The bride made her review as well. I am plus size which may be problematic all on it's own. I chose a dress I tried on, weeks later I go back to see and try on this dress in the color for the wedding. She tried to give me one of the other girls dress, insisted that was mine and we took a picture of it so even though it says no photos, I showed her, THIS is what the dress looks like NOT this one you keep saying is mine. She then tells me that the dress I ordered, she called and told me that it was discontinued, well she never spoke to me but it was possible she told the other bridesmaid with the same first name that info. So I order another one. The bride, she asked for an ivory dress and the owner insisted that it was, when it was a BRIGHT WHITE, no where near off white or even close to ivory. She calls me some time after this visit to say that the second dress I chose doesn't come in my size, well she tells me the website to look at and recommends some dresses for me. I chose one over the phone and I send the bride to be a photo and she says that the owner was told THAT dress was only for the MAID OF HONOR. So, I call back shortly after to tell her to change it to such and such dress, well the person who answers the phone says she is busy, I say that it's important I leave her a message, I was going to tell her which dress to order instead, easy to relay that information. Instead she puts me on hold and when the owner comes on she tells me she is busy and will call me back and hands up on me before I can say a word. Only half of her unprofessionalism! She calls back and I tell her that is the dress only for the maid of honor to order me this other one. So time passes by, I try on this third dress, and she pins it for where it needs to be altered, she was supposed to bring it up because it was WAY to low, and it looked terrible with the waist so low and the breast area had bone in it and it looked terrible in the wrong place. She added sleeves and shortened the hem. It was $90 for all that. I had the bride get me my dress, it was the weekend before the wedding and well I live hours away so my friend got it. I knew it would be wrong, the rest of the bridal party had their mistakes as well. She didn't bring it up, the sleeves were ugly but oh well, and she didn't take the sides in either, at least my dress was too big and not too tight, but I paid almost $100 for these mistakes. In all this there was NEVER an apology, no recognition of mistakes, no offer of discount or ANYTHING. I paid over $300 for that. DO NOT go there, unless you want the stress and waste of time. read more
