NOTHING was left plugged in, all these guys had to do was pull the power bar out from the wall!!! EASY RIGHT! BUT NOOOOOOOO they had to un plug everything. NOW I have to wait 5 FIVE days for cogeco to come and plug everything back in. I tried with Cogeco over the phone but didnt work. I went into the store to complain but the person who sold me a few thousand dollars didnt care and was kind of rude. She said " Thats why we tell people to un plug their own things" BTW she never told me that. She asked "Who was the sales person" I said You! I just dont like how she responded and not showing much interest now everything was paid in full. If you want a nice sales person DO NOT go to Floors Plus More. Because of this place I will not have cable for 5 days. Cogeco said a cord must be damaged for nothing to work.

Like I said in my review of your company and product, this is not wear and tear when it happens within a year of buying... you did not even ask me about how firm I wanted my cushion as I found out later all good furniture stores ask... your furniture is cheap and your customer service stinks!!!! While we are sorry this piece hasn't lived up to your expectations the issues you are experience are a result of regular wear-and-tear. To refresh the look of your sectional, we recommend vigorously fluffing your seat and back cushions and continuing to rotate and fluff them regularly to ensure even wear and feel over the sectional. If you are still unsatisfied with the look and feel of your sectional, you are able to purchase replacement seat foam and back cushions and we are happy to offer you a 50% discount on the replacement cost. The total cost to replace the seat foam for you would be $236.50, plus taxes (this is after the 50% discount) and the total cost to replace the back cushions would be $115.00, plus taxes (again this is after the 50% discount). If you are interested in ordering replacement foam, please let us know which Urban Barn location is most convenient for you to place the order at and we will share the details of the pricing with them. Otherwise please feel free to explore the Care and Maintenance section of our website for some recommendations on keeping your sectional looking great. Hopping mad after dealing with Camden!…read more I paid for a "colour consultation" before choosing paint with the understanding that part of the cost would be refunded when we bought the paint. Our painter physically made the purchase - at their other store, on Mohawk Road - but when I went in to discuss it, they refused to refund any part of my fee. They were well aware that the purchase was made on my behalf (in fact, Mrs. Urquart is the one who said to me, how is the colour? do you like it?) but only offered a credit instead of the returned fee. I had all the receipts. We had a clear understanding. This was blatant dishonesty.
