The dish comes with shrimp, scallops, and lump crab meat. The best thing on the plate was the THREE scallops they provided. The crab was genuinely the worst, driest crab I've ever had. Worse than low-quality frozen snow crab at Red Lobster or the grocery store. The shrimp was overcooked and pathetically seasoned with a light sprinkle of paprika (which fell mostly on one shrimp and none of the others). I had to salt my own food at the table because everything was flavorless. All in all, if you're in Scranton because you like The Office, stop here and have some CHEAP starters and drinks, grab some cool Dunder Mifflin merchandise at the gift shop, and enjoy all the awesome art they have at Coopers. Pay no mind to their expensive seafood, it sucks. Service: the waitstaff are lovely, friendly and attentive. They're great and deserve praise!

If she waits on you make sure that she does not add on extras that you do not want. She will ask if you want corn and potatoes with your meal and if you say yes she adds on extra portions of each. Corn for $4.00 more and Potatoes for $3.50 more (They are already included with your meal). When she brought out our food we asked her why we had so many pieces of corn and potatoes with each meal and she said that is what we wanted and I explained to her we only wanted that comes with the meal and you brought us way to many. She said no problem and that she would take them off of our bill and I explained that we did not order and extra food and she said that its ok and that they would take them off of our bill when we paid. Well when the bill arrived nothing was taken off and We asked her about it and she said that she would have it corrected and then came back and asked me for payment and I asked for a copy of the bill before I paid and she had taken off only part of the extras and I told her that she needed to take the rest off of the bill and she stormed away and then 2 other ladies came to the table and told us that we had eaten the extras and that we had to pay for them. WE DID NOT EAT THEM!! I explained this to them and they said the waitress had counted the food that was left and we had to pay for the missing pieces and that was that. We were lied to and tricked into ordering add ons that we did not eat. I paid the bill and explained that we would never come back here again after this mess. It's not the money that matters. Here is the original combined review: First impression (over the phone) of the hotel is the reason we chose this one: Yvonne; she was great! The wait to check in was painfully long. There were 2 people behind the desk but only one taking care of clients. When we got to the desk, the girl (I wish I had gotten her name but I didn't) was very professional, apologized for the long wait, and took care of us quickly, so I can only assume the people ahead of us had a special request or something.. .and that is definitely forgivable. (We don't have a lot of complaints but when we do we are never brushed off like that.) I was wondering if management doesn't instruct their front desk staff what to do when a client has a concern. Ummm... there's a very good chance we won't stay over ever again because we feel like our concern wasn't heard or taken seriously. For the price they charge for an overnight stay, they really should be looking into soundproofing, and figure out the elevator situation, not sure why any elevator would be as slow as theirs is. We reviewed their menu on-line, and called in an order for four 12" hoagies for four adults. The restaurant offers both 12" and 24" hoagies; they don't sell our usual smaller 6" ones. My husband ordered the Cheesesteak Special ($11.50), which includes green peppers, fried onions, mushrooms, and marinara sauce, while I chose an Eggplant Parmesan ($10.75). Others ordered a Corned Beef Reuben ($12.00), with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and thousand island dressing, and a regular cheesesteak ($10.95). In retrospect, my husband and I should've ordered only one hoagie as the quantities were large and we ending up splitting one for dinner and ate the other one the next day. Of the two, we enjoyed the Cheesesteak Special more than the Eggplant Parmesan, largely because we prefer a hoagie with A-LOT of fillings and toppings and the cheesesteak had more.
