The poor dogs were freaked out. We could not figure it out. They said they were pretty booked up but would definitely fit us in between 2-6pm same day! David called about 2 minutes after that text to let me know that he was on his way and showed up shortly after at 11:30am well before our original window and probably not too much more that an hour and a half after my initial call. David diagnosed our problem right away and gave us several options. He did not have the part we needed but drove to the hardware store over 3 miles away at no additional charge! He returned and fixed the problem lickety split! Nice and professional the entire time. I loved everything about working with this company.
