It makes a big difference when the person helping you out actually cares to help. This is why I wanted to write this review. I would love to highlight Brian, I love this guy! Both times that I went he helped me out and he gave me a great price on the set of four tires, was very open to explaining everything on the invoice, and what was covered in the transaction. He helped me decide on what tire was the best focused primarily on safety and comfort. If you do plan on heading to this location I really do recommend it at least with my experience of having Brian help me out both times he's amazing.

I had all four tires replaced on my Tesla at Discount Tire, and unfortunately, my experience has…read morebeen very frustrating. Ever since the installation, I've been dealing with constant air leaks. Every couple of days, one of the tires loses pressure and needs to be refilled. What's even more frustrating is that it's not always the same tire--different tires keep losing air, making it difficult to trust the installation. This has been a huge inconvenience and a waste of time, requiring repeated trips to add air and monitor the tire pressure. I expected better quality workmanship, especially after replacing all four tires.

Then, he continued to say that he's charging $10 still for "checking" my tires. F*** THIS PLACE! Absolutely ridiculous. THEY TRY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN.

Hello,  On July 8th, I went to the Discount tire location at…read more9550 Jones rd, Houston, Tx 77065 to have them inspect one of my tires that kept losing air pressure and also to have all my tires rotated.  When I arrived, the technician inspected my tire and told me they didn't find any nails and tired looked fine, he also told me at first they would get my tires rotated but they didn't do it. I walked outside to check on my tire and I was able to spot the nail on my tire, after I pointed out to the technician he proceeded to take my car back in and remove the nail. I asked why they didn't do my tire rotation and he said because my front tires were too worn out and they will have to replace them instead. I took some pictures of my front tires both in and out sides and they didn't look too worn out. They still refuse to rotate them and keep pushing to buy new tires instead.  I spent over an hour just to get my tire fix and they refused to do my tire rotation even thou I had bought the warranty from discmount tire. I am very dissapointed with the service level received and I will not be doing business with Discount tire ever again.

One of my trusted places to go for my tire needs. A few months ago, I busted a tire and I came here…read morebecause it was the closest place to me to have them replaced. At that time I only had two replaced. Their replacement and repair policies are great that were shared with me and easy to understand. Just last month, one of my tires got damaged by a nail and I came back. Both times they serviced my tires in a timely manner. Maybe 30 minutes to an hour max. Today I'm back to replace my final two tires in preparation for the upcoming winter weather. Each time I've visited here a representative immediately approaches my car with extreme attention to detail. They recommended an alignment and the cost was steep and with my hesitancy they offered me a discount. There is a lot of value, attention to detail, and providing superior customer service. I'm thankful for the team here.

I can hereby say that on this third visit with yet another vehicle I will only come to this spot for all my tire needs. The service here is top notch and the waiting room isn't crowded and junky like most other tire places. I don't like that they require you to show your driver's license when using a card. Almost makes you feel criminal. I'm sure they have their reasons but... I don't like that. Nevertheless, I like this place 10 times more than any other I've ever visited. Rotations and balances are free when you buy a new set and that lasts for the length of the life of the tire. I grant them 5 stars despite their posted offering of a Star Bucks gift card. Heck I don't even drink coffee so, I don't need it. Rotate often and Prosper!
