I was a previous customer of Jake's at the Copperfield location, so it was great to see him here--he's always wonderful to work with. Just last month, one of my tires got damaged by a nail and I came back. Both times they serviced my tires in a timely manner. Maybe 30 minutes to an hour max. The service here is top notch and the waiting room isn't crowded and junky like most other tire places. I don't like that they require you to show your driver's license when using a card. Almost makes you feel criminal. I'm sure they have their reasons but... I don't like that. Nevertheless, I like this place 10 times more than any other I've ever visited. Rotations and balances are free when you buy a new set and that lasts for the length of the life of the tire. I grant them 5 stars despite their posted offering of a Star Bucks gift card.
