With both visits his crew was respectful of my property and worked quickly and safely. Also in both visits they left my yard (and property) cleaner than before they arrived. We hired Jason's Tree Service to remove a very large, 60-foot Aleppo Pine in our front yard that…read morewas 10 feet away from the house and at risk of falling on it and tearing up the rest of the yard in a future monsoon. I called, they came out the same day to give us a quote that was $1000 below the other quotes we had received. The customer service throughout the process was exceptional. A crane was involved so they needed to confirm availabiity prior to scheduling the removal date (within two weeks of the initial call). The day before our scheduled removal I got a text confirming that they'd be here in the morning. At 7am a crane, chipper and a multitude of other specialized equipment and people showed up. In less than 90 minutes, the tree was gone with absolutely no damage to yard and plants growing near the tree. The entire neighborhood turned out to watch as it was something to see. One of the workers smiled and commented about the crowd that had gathered. He recognized that it was fun for us since it was unusual but it was what he did every day.
