That individual was Kristin, who is one of the family owners, and she scheduled to meet with us and her project manager Jonathan within a day. They both showed up promptly and on time at our home with such a pleasant attitude and showed us right away they were there to help us plan the design we were looking for. Our side and backyard are both very limited in space, so this project was smaller than most the company is used to handling, however, they assured us they were willing to make it happen. Right away, Kristin designed a 3D video of what the end result would look like, both in daylight and at night. We were so impressed with it and happily accepted their quote and start date. We would like to point out the communication was handled very professionally from beginning to end and every one of our questions and concerns were handled with care and addressed without any issues. Our project included travertine paver walkways in the front and side yard, pathway lights throughout the front and backyard, a newly installed turf with travertine paver steps integrated, and added irrigation to our trees we had already installed.
