That wasn't the bad part it was the female employees attitude that was bad. We may have had a slight language issue but I cant help that. I speak English and I tried very hard to make her understand. On a very hot day, it was so nice to walk into the restaurant and enjoy their air conditioning, which felt like a breath of fresh air. The place was getting busy, but our service remained good, and our food came out quickly. Everything we ordered was tasty. I didn't manage to finish my meal, so I took it to go and enjoyed it the next day. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was still delicious. Overall, Los Panchos is a solid spot for a satisfying meal, especially on a hot day, and I would definitely recommend it!

The restaurant was closed at the time as it was night time, but we were attracted by the bright lights of the food truck! We enjoyed the tacos and horchata and have been raving about it since. Knowing we'd be in the area once more on another sequoia trip, we knew we had to re-visit. Our Airbnb was located in Visalia and it looks like they have another location there as well, however, after calling, I confirmed that it isn't the exact same menu and it's owned by different brothers. Knowing this, I knew I had to go back to the exact location we went to last. This time around, I opted for 2 carne asada tacos and 2 Al pastor tacos. The tacos each come with raw finely chopped onion, pico de gallo and guacamole, with perfectly grilled onions and jalapeño on the side. The carne asada meat was perfectly cooked per usual and it had a delicious smoky flavor and the al pastor was just as delicious! Horchata - not too overpowering and perfectly sweetened. If I ever find myself in central cali, I'll be back in a heartbeat! Also, please note that the truck names tacos way is the same exact food as the restaurant called Los arbolitos, the restaurant just has an expanded menu.

I was here over a year ago and sadly forgot to post this review, so I don't remember what we had but I remember I thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner had a moment to chat it up with us and she gave us the story of their business and it was all just a pleasant time. This is definitely a gem of spot in this town.
