That said, BG is a college town, and Main Street is the epicenter of drunkenness, so I imagine it would be difficult not to have things set up the way they are -- a place built for the pace of a college town, focused on high-quality but quick meals. I had the seafood risotto, I'm always hesitant because you can really mess that up in so many ways. I have had many that had a fishy taste, this certainly did not. One does pause before ordering seafood when surrounded by farm fields smack dab in Ohio, but they handled it nicely. Hubby had the salmon pesto risotto, while I did not love it, he did.
