a grocery store aisle filled with products

This particular Aldi is located on the corner of Forsyth Road and Aloma Avenue in the Aloma Square shopping plaza. One convenient thing us that they have self checkout lanes so you don't have to wait in a long line for the one person that does checkout that Aldi thinks is enough to handle every one of their locations. The place has the ambiance of an Aldi. It is bright and relatively clean. Aldi has some good deals and some adequate deals. I compare it to an Odd Lots of supermarkets. Their bread is definitely a good deal as are their eggs. This is a decent enough place and I give it four stars.

Probably the best Aldi's I've been to! Everything is organized, clean and the produce here is fresh and in great condition. Not only do they have amazing prices for our every needs, ALDIs offers healthy alternatives to fit your budget. Amazing customer service if you need help and speedy check out lines! Great place to shop!

This location is newly remodeled and opened this week! Loving the new layout. The store is clean and the products are STOCKED! Employees are very kind as well. It is still in its old location in the small shopping plaza. I will be back!

This is the Aldi located in Winter Park on Aloma Avenue. I came to this location because the Aldi near my home is being renovated. This location is just the same as the others a couple of aIsles, some frozen goods, a few refrigerators, and about four cash registers. One of the things that I immediately noticed, was the pricing. It's seem to me that the prices were just a little bit higher than the location near my home. All the products are the same. All the items are the same. Why would they be higher? Oh well, I'll go I'll be going back to my old location as soon as they're done.

Aldi is a place where you can get mostly off-brand groceries for cheap. They are similar to Save-A-Lot, but they are much cleaner than Save-A-Lot and the prices are more reasonable as well. Aldi is favorite place of mine to get pantry items, cheese, milk, and eggs. I don't mess with the produce at Aldi, because I've had some bad experiences in the past. Some of the fruit containers are left open. A lot of the fruit/vegetables are not good. I mean you can find good fruits and vegetables at Aldi, but you have to make sure you look over them very carefully before you purchase.I personally don't buy any fruits/vegetable there. I get all my produce from Freshfield Farms. The main thing I love about Aldi is the fact that they are way cheaper than other grocery stores. I mean on certain items, they are even cheaper than walmart. Aldi has me buying items that I never bought before because of the prices. For example, the extra virgin olive oil is $2.99, and it's imported from italy. The White Cheddar and Gouda cheese is about $2.49. One dozen eggs are about $1.19. Aldi also have a good selection of chocolate and wine. Most of the chocolate are imported from europe, about 1.99 a bar, and in my opinion, they taste better than the name brand chocolate. They also have a pretty good wine selection for cheap as well. I recently bought a bottle of italian wine (14.5ABV), and it was around $7.99. This wine was incredible. I couldn't believe it was less than $10 bucks a bottle. Bottom Line: I would suggest that you go to Aldi for pantry items, cheese, milk, eggs, wine and chocolate. As I stated before, if you buy produce there, please make sure you check them carefully before you purchase. Also, make sure you bring a quarter for the shopping carts.

I had been here before, but this time I truly realized how reasonably priced the fresh fruits and…read morevegetables are. They also have a great meat section. I ended up having a little cheat day and enjoyed a delicious soft serve with fresh strawberries -- it was so good! The staff members were very friendly, especially the cashier who helped me at the register. Her smile felt so genuine, and it honestly made me want to come back again. I even decided to pick up some peanut butter while I was there. The store was very clean and well organized, which made shopping comfortable and enjoyable. I shop at other grocery stores too, but this place is definitely becoming one of my favorites. You can also bring your own reusable bags, which is a nice bonus. The parking lot can be a little difficult on weekends, but overall I highly recommend this place!

I've had this barn-style market saved in my Yelp folder for quite a while now. I live about two…read morehours away, and whenever I'm in Orlando I usually get sucked into the whole Disney Springs vibe and never make it to all the other amazing local businesses. This trip, though, there was absolutely no Disney involved -- and we finally stopped here on our way home Sunday morning. I feel like you know you're getting older when you get excited about grocery shopping. Normally when I go to Publix, I'm irritated before I even get inside. But this place? A completely different experience. Walking through and seeing all the locally grown vegetables and the meat selection -- clearly labeled as hormone-free and without all the extra junk you get at typical grocery stores -- was honestly mind-blowing. The prices were so reasonable I couldn't believe it. I purposely brought a cooler for the two-hour drive home, and even with everything I bought, I didn't spend over $100. If I had purchased the same items at Publix, I'm convinced I would've been close to (or over) $200. Beyond the prices, the quality and overall vibe made it so enjoyable. You're not breaking the bank feeding your family, and you feel good knowing you're getting better-quality food. The staff was incredibly sweet and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was looking for boneless chicken, and one of the employees asked if that's what I needed. A few minutes later, he came back with multiple packs in his hands to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I really appreciated it. One thing to know: the produce and meat sections are in two separate, unconnected rooms, so you check out separately in each. And if you're still riding that high from all the money you saved, there's soft-serve ice cream outside with seating -- which just makes the experience even better. For someone who truly despises grocery shopping, this was actually fun. I will absolutely make a special trip to Orlando just to come back here -- and next time, I'm bringing a bigger cooler.

Flippin' DELICIOUS!…read more Last week when we were at the Orlando Farmer's Market, Lisa D took a sample of the Spinach Pesto Organic Hummus but didn't purchase any. Throughout the rest of the day she kept talking about it. So, this past weekend I sampled it as well. WOW! I should have purchased a gallon it's so delicious. Need I say more? Okay... Dark leafy spinach, organic pine nuts, organic lemons, organic sweet basil & Italian herbs, fresh parmigiano-reggiano cheese swirled into creamy organic garbanzo beans. Sooooo... when we got home I dipped wheat thin sticks in it, YUM! However, later that evening I wanted to use the mushrooms I purchased as the market too but I have cream cheese so I opted to use this hummus in it. WOW, WOW, WOW! So delicious that I had them again last night. I can't wait to try more flavors!!!

The mango salsa consist of red onions, green peppers, silantro, organic lime juice, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and sea salt.
