the inside of a grocery store - A glass door refrigerated display case in a grocery store shows milk and dairy products inside. The case has a sign indicating the milk price as $2.59 per gallon. The store's interior, including shelves and products, is reflected in the glass. The floor is tiled, and the case has metal framing and handles.

So sad for a brand new store. Totally picked over, empty boxes all over. For a new store that just opened, that renovated and expanded, this should be fully stocked and clean. Very disappointed.

Spoiled tomatoes at Aldi Rumford RI

On of my favorite grocery stores. The parking lot is large and traffic flows well. The store was recently expanded and refurbished in the past couple of years and it looks great. It is bright inside and the isles are wide compared to some other stores. Employees are always helpful and friendly whenever I needed to find something or at checkout. The prices are good and since the store expansion the product selection has grown to the point I rarely need to go to another store to get an item they do not carry. Produce quality can be good or bad depending on the day and how long since it was put on the floor. Some produce are not in coolers but left at room temperature so I sometimes find rotted or overripe products as I did with the tomatoes on May 2 2024. Overall a great store but look good at the produce before buying.

Aldi is great. It's not for everything on your grocery list, but it works for all of the basics at a bargain. You bag your own food and need a quarter to use a shopping cart. Debit and cash is all they accept. Staff is This store is tucked in a plaza between a Rent a Center and a sad looking furniture store. There's also a place called "Hot Leather" in the plaza. I can only imagine what they sell. Chips and snacks are really good here. I'd rather pay $1.49 for a bag of Aldi branded chips than double that elsewhere. Flour, sugar, salt, etc. won't be King Arthur, Domino, or Morton, but Aldi brand works just the same in my digestive system. Milk and eggs are cheap. At one point last year, I saw the Aldi in Milford MA advertise eggs for $0.49 a dozen... I should stock up for Halloween @ 4 cents an egg. Meats look iffy. Produce is only OK. Frozen foods are pretty good. They frequently stock Boca Burgers. Mama Cozzi's Rising Crust pizzas are really good for $3 or so. Medium shell-on shrimp is $3.99/lb. If you don't like anything that you have bought, Aldi has the DOUBLE guarantee. They refund your money AND replace the product. Seems easily exploitable. Do this enough and you can start your own grocery store.

This is the third time I've had an issue with mold at this location. Not going back.

Great prices on some items and love the variety of non grocery items which change frequently but they are hit or miss.

I get the basics here at a good price. Not enough cashiers is the only complaint I have.

I am glad I had a chance to visit before Thanksgiving to stock up on some goodies! If you've been to Sweet Berry Farm in Middletown, Four Town is kind of similar, although the rustic farmhouse-chic shop does not have a prepared foods counter. However, they more than make up for it with all the amazing vegetables and fruits grown onsite. I was very impressed with the Honeycrisp Apples and Butternut Squash, as well as their wide selection of house made jellies and salad dressings. In addition to Four Town's slate of offerings, they also showcase other local vendors such as Wrights Dairy Farm's milk and cakes and Venda Ravioli's frozen fresh pasta and sauces. Four Town also carries fresh flowers and greenery that is holiday-ready - Christmas Trees and decorative wreaths and evergreen garlands. The team is friendly and offers excellent assistance in recommendations and recipe ideas- everyone we interacted with was delightful. This is a great stop along the way to lunch or dinner in neighboring Warren or Bristol, and a lovely way to spend a weekend afternoon!

The sandwich had turkey, cheese, bacon ( I picked off), greens, and a delicious aioli sauce. I suggested that my husband and I go in and try it a couple months later. It is located in the same plaza as Avenue N in Rumford. The storefront is made up of a glass "garage door" so it is pretty cool and unique inside. Service was prompt and friendly. Hubby tried the Cuban, he loved it, and I, creature of habit, stuck to my turkey panini. Once we ordered, the sandwiches came up faster than I expected. I had to use the bathroom and had to go next door to Avenue N. The owner or manager held the door for me, and was very friendly. Everyone that we have met there is friendly. If you want a good sandwich you won't be disappointed!

Just a sandwich in regular size bread pressed as a panini, and it was $12!!! I had no idea until I had to sign for it! The special board didn't have a price and all the other sandwiches were around $8 so I thought it would be the same. Even worse, one bite in and I was disgusted. The chicken was not cooked well and had that rubbery texture where you have to really pull with your teeth to break it. I threw it away after 2 bites and I'm gagging thinking of it. This could be a one off, but I'm really bummed about wasting $12 on my one spend day of the week! I have some other little gripes that honestly bring down my old rating too. We bought some stuff from the shop, which is still really cute and offers a lot of local (though very upcharged) stuff. And when we checked out, there's a line for tip! Everyone feels weird leaving a tip line blank, so why is it there! Just to make us feel awkward?!? All they offer to drink is hot coffee or cold brew, everything else is a deli or store or serve yourself food so why even tipping! Just made me and my friend awkward leaving that line blank, made us feel rude but why would we tip for only buying grocery items.
