This is a really nice ALDI location. Everything was easy to find and everything was stocked and organized. The store was very clean and the employees were friendly. I need to start coming to Aldi again and forget about Publix, especially because Publix water towers celebration is very unpleasant with the manager harassing you every time you visit, but the main reason is just saving money. This location is way better then any of the locations near me in union park! They're fully stocked with everything! The fruit and veggies actually look nice....they even have a good amount of meat! They also have more vegetarian/vegan options. Definitely worth coming here if you're local to the area or a tourist visiting Florida :D read more

I love Aldi's. The prices are amazing. I don't have a problem with the brand/chain but a particular issue with the customer service at this location. My dad is 76 years old. He moves a little slower than others. He is at that age that he still wants to do everything himself, but doesn't want to be alone so I accompanied him on a grocery run today. Everything was fine until we headed to checkout. This location has one 'in-person' cashier and two self-checkout stations. My dad pushed his cart towards the cashier and she immediately puts up her hand and goes 'No, no, don't be lazy, use the self-checkout'. She then uses her hands to shoo us away towards the self-checkout. My dad pushes his cart towards the self-checkout. The cashier than calls another Aldi's employee over and says "It's always the Asian men who are the most lazy. They see the self-checkout but never want to use it. They always want us to do all the work." To which the other employee responded, "Yes, always the Asian men. They're so lazy." My dad is doesn't hear them but I do. I shoot them a look and they clam up. How unprofessional of you to speak about a customer in front of them and then bring their race into it? Would they treat another senior citizen like this or they did this purely based on my dad's race? And aren't you hired to work? I didn't know that 'doing all the work' meant scanning items at a register for a customer. God forbid if you end up working at a different grocery chain and have to actually BAG the groceries and possibly assist people in carrying them out to their vehicle. This level of unprofessionalism is disgusting. I won't be coming to this particular location ever again. I can't imagine what they say about customers in their break room. read more

This aldi is always very calm and clean, love the products as they are both affordable and healthy most of the times(natural/no added BS). Cashiers are also nice and when something is not stocked they'll talk on the radios to get you whatever it is that you need. read more

It's clean, convenient, and there's usually a good selection. Have pretty much everything you need if you are looking to make a quick trip in a smaller store instead of going to a larger store like Walmart. I usually go for the produce so I'm usually able to find arugula, tomatoes, red onions, radishes, blueberries, blackberries, mangos, and grapes. However, I've also been able to pick up salad dressing, paper towels, toilet paper, a journal and potting soil, so there's quite a variety of things. I will have to say that there's some employees that just don't like the fact that they work here. On several occasions there's this one particular employee that I encounter who always is unhappy. I needed help finding something and simply asked if the employee knew where it was and the employee said I work on the back I don't know and walked off. Even if the employee didn't know where the item was or even if ALDI's carried it the employee could have asked someone else to help me. Another time I encountered this employee (not by choice but because the employee was the only one working the register). I asked the employee how their day was going and he replied "how do you think my day is going, I work here". The employee is always unhappy and complaining. I'm a huge fan of Aldis because I grew up with teader joes and my grandfather was German and they have authentic German hot dogs and sausages and sourkraut! Not to mention the Grass fed ground beef,All beef hot dogs with no junk,fresh bananas and fruits and vegetables! Even special lunch meat and cheeses.And the breads and pastries and cookies are so great.no added fake ingredients even grass fed butter! The ice cream is pure milk,cream and eggs and sugar! Plus the have high quality single origin coffee like Columbian and Guatemalan coffees.The milk and creamers that are organic are great! Also the cookies are great they have so many different flavors.Also don't forget to bring your quarter for your grocery cart and you will get it back when you put it back! Also make sure to bring your bags because there are no bags to save money to offer lower prices to you.Also there is a parking lot in the shopping center for Aldis! My elderly neighbor got to the register with his groceries and was embarrassingly told they do not accept EBT cards! How does a major chain supermarket not allow this? This has never happened before anywhere. The Aldi website specifically states, "Every one of our locations has the option to pay with SNAP/EBT." I offered to help him, so I now have to go through the trouble of contacting Aldi corporate to report this location. Florida really has become a cesspool. read more

Two lines open with several customers. They finally opened a third lane. We had four items - one of which was a pound of hamburger that I placed in a plastic bag. The cashier, Ian, tried to scan it through the plastic once before removing the package of meat from the bag. He then proceeded to tell my daughter and me: "This is very annoying, just so you know that." Seriously? Who has the audacity to say that to a customer? I know Ian is very sensitive with his gloved hands. It is also quite the feat to pull back the plastic a bit to reveal the bar code. Ian went the extra mile and removed the package in its entirety - bravo!! Ian, I'm sorry that you are such an unhappy little man. I know it's rough losing your hair but don't take it out on paying customers. P.S. Shouldn't someone be answering the phone during store hours? Time to bust out that customer service handbook and get some training. read more

Just disappointed I could not find store hours anywhere on their app, so I arrived 30 minutes too early after driving all over the mouseville traffic zoo so ended up spending my grocery budget at another store.
