We hired Jose to put pavers in our back yard. He quoted us the lowest price of 3 estimates. I was…read morehappy with the work overall, but he's not into details to do his best job. He put a retainer strip with stakes where the artificial grass ends and the pavers start. I told him it didn't look like a finished product and sent him pictures of how it looked and how it should look. He finally said that he should've asked me because other people like the strip and I wanted the pavers butted up to the grass. He did offer to send his worker back, but my husband fixed it. It looks a little better but not quite like the picture. I noticed he didn't show up at the end to check the work his workers did. Then there's the issue with my dad who lives next to me to do a 3 x 3 pad of cement. He quoted him $200 for labor plus 3 bags of cement ($10 a bag). Then when they finished my job, his main worker asked me if my dad would want pavers because they had enough left overs from my job. I asked if it would be more money and he said I don't think the boss will charge more, they are your pavers. So they did it! A few days later Jose shows up and says my dad owes him $350. When I asked, why; he said the pavers he used, and I said but those pavers were mine. He said No they are his and we went back and forth. My dad is a 90 year old man and I don't think is right to just raise the price without letting the person know. Jose said to pay him $300 and I still think it's wrong because we paid for the pavers and he discounted the amount from the estimate he gave us. Am I wrong? and Am I too picky?

Eduardo and his team is GREAT!!…read more He started our remodeling job and promised us 3 weeks and got it done in 2 and half weeks!! We did our floors, new kitchen, painting the entire house along with replacing the two vanities at our new place. T-Pro's also does electrical too so we added recessed lightings to our rooms and living room and replaced old recessed lights with newer LED kind. One STOP company that does it all and with amazing results. Keen to detail and I've never seen any construction worker that cleans like Eduardo's team!! They start their job latest 9 AM but earliest 8 AM depending on what they are working on the day but works still 4 PM daily. I always hear nightmares about remodeling and how contractors will leave the job half done so I was little nervous but I think I found a good company to use for future!! If any issues came up all you have to do is tell Eduardo and he will help you fix the issue and correct it immediately. Highly recommend T-Pros Remodeling!!! Thank you Eduardo and the team for finishing our house beautifully!! He also guarantees his work so if anything goes wrong he will come back to fix the issue!!

Then he replaced them with blank pulls, with no locking ability. Such poor planning and decision making. Imagine using the restroom, and having no way to lock someone out for privacy. Or originally, needing a key to enter the restroom? He said, no problem, I will change them, again! After being behind schedule, he said it was my fault. This is only one example, but there were several. This will go further than a review, as a complaint will be filed. Update: after my review was posted, he quickly threatened me by text! I just can't believe this business. Another reviewer contacted me and stated that Remmi threatened her as well, and had also been unprofessional. He threatened to call my employer and tell them on me. What? He stated he would tell them I was drunk all the time. (I painted the outside of my own home, in 90-95 degree temps, on the roof of a 2-story home, at the same time they painted in air conditioning). I could only imagine Isidro, calling my bosses, stating that an employee had been drunk at home, while painting his home, replacing toilets, and working with his father, preparing to sell the home? This is a clear example of Remmi's unprofessional business tactics. Goofy, I tell you; I could not believe me eyes when he texted me this threat (see photo). I tried to fix this, by reminding them of mistakes, asking them to clean up, solving communication issues, but they continually made mistakes, stated that I loved their work, and I was happy. Loc was quick to come out and provide an estimate which was extremely fair compared to the other quotes we received. During the design and procurement process, he provided guidance on what materials would work well, what to look for, etc. We are new to the renovation process so it was imperative that we had a contractor we can trust to walk us through and hold our hands as we made certain decisions. He would provide us with the pros and cons but ultimately let us make the decisions. Throughout the process, he would provide us with updates and pictures as we were out of the house during the renovations. It was great to see how things were progressing and quite astonishing how great the bathrooms turned out. Loc was and continues to be extremely responsive regarding our projects (this project and future projects). He listened to what we wanted and brought our vision to life. It took him over 6 weeks to do the work on the first bathroom. On the master bath, the same elderly man took over and took in inordinate amount of time to complete the work. We had to bring him back to finish b/c of the shoddy work he did. If we had not held back the last payment, I doubt that he would have returned. I did not notice until it was too late that the cabinets were not installed properly, but were installed over the crown molding. But what I am actually writing about is the master bathroom toilet which is on the 2nd floor. We noticed that there was a leak on the first floor. We hired somebody to look at it and thought it was coming from the roof. However, weeks later, the water poured down and we finally cut out the ceiling drywall and discovered that the water was coming from the master bath toilet where it sits on the floor. I hired my regular handyman to fix it and we discovered that toilet was never properly set on the floor and it was actually glued to the floor, so that when you tried to lift it, it broke the toilet. When I emailed Ballesteros for reimbursement of the repair costs, he told me that it was beyond the warranty time period. He said he would look into it b/c I told him that there is no statute of limitations for shoddy work and negligence. He has not returned my emails. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.
