She lacked basic professionalism and customer service skills, and repeatedly screened my calls when I tried to speak with the manager. I was told multiple times that the manager was not in and would call me back, but he never did. When I first spoke with the manager, he sounded confident and repeatedly assured me that everything I asked for could be done. Unfortunately, it became clear afterward that he was simply yes-ing me to death. The job ultimately fell far short of what was promised. The vehicle wrap itself is poorly done. There are visible imperfections where areas were not wrapped properly. The interior sections are already peeling, and the area around the third brake light is peeling as well, something that should never happen with a quality wrap, especially given the amount of money I paid upfront. After several failed attempts to resolve these issues and numerous calls to the manager, I finally gave up trying to reach anyone who would take responsibility. I spent a significant amount of money, but did not receive the quality of work or level of service promised. I will be uploading photos to show the condition of the wrap. Beware of this business based on my experience; they do not stand behind their work or their customers.

Black Tie Video turned out some PHENOMENAL footage of our wedding but their customer service is…read moreseverely lacking. We had two videographers who covered our wedding and they were very friendly, extremely competent, and it didn't feel like they were invading during private moments even while capturing them. That being said, our wedding took place at the start of september of last year and we didn't receive anything until the end of January of this year. what we did receive was only given to us after I followed up with Black Tie asking where our stuff was. It was also not the complete product. The final piece was promised soon after and has not been received (6 mo later, after being told it would be along "shortly"). In fact, I called Black Tie and they were under the impression it had been done when it was, in fact, not. They are now supposedly working on it. I think it is the height of unprofessionalism that the client should be forced to pester the vendor for their product. Black Tie does not appear to manage their post-production process remotely adequately. My email trail with them clearly delineated the deliverables and they have not handed them over in a timely or organized fashion. If you put in the effort to stay on top of them, Black Tie will do a great job. It really just seems to take a few phone calls or emails which are usually answered pretty quickly. Again, the video is fantastic and we will keep it for years and years and years and watch it all the time, but it was a pain getting it.
