We tried…read moreto have our table placings printed at Staples 5 days before our event and they were unable to do so and could not offer any solutions to our issue. We had purchased printable, perforated place cards that already had a crease in the middle. We needed names printed onto these cards and Staples could not do it because of the machines they use. They told us there was nothing they could do and suggested we come to Ink Etc Marketing. From the moment we walked into the door the owner was friendly and engaging. We explained our time crunch and why Staples was not able to help us. He thought about it for a moment and they pulled up a picture of the design we had saved on a flash drive. He said that the perforated paper does have issues being put through printers, but he had an alternative suggestion. He suggested that we use card stock he had in stock and he would print, cut, and crease the cards so they could be folded in half without tearing in the machine. We agreed and went on our way. He called us less than 4 hours after we placed our order and we were able to pickup exactly what we needed. This was a huge relief and I would definitely recommend his services in the future. We were able to return the card stock we had bought and got beautiful place cards with plenty of time to spare.

Additionally when we received our product, the transfer that they had done all the transfers had fuzz and lint stuck within the image. They said that it's "part of the material" which it's not... it's your poor quality control for not just doing the extra step in lint rolling the garnet before applying the transfer over. Even another customer standing next to me said he saw all the lint within the image of the shirt. One of the shirts the transfer you could see the image is folded over... I could've easily just saved my time and done it with a circuit machine. The crazy thing for the mistakes they made on their end. They will not refund you because there's nothing they can do on their end for that. If you wanted them to fix this. They would peel the transfer off the same shirt and reapply over it. If anyone is smart enough knows that this CAN NOT be done since it already ruins the garment itself. For someone who has been doing this for 11 years, it's sad for the quality of work that you produce as well as the way you treat your customers.
