Brianna said I'm no longer able to get my prescriptions at this Walmart, then asked me where I want my prescriptions sent to! Walmart was in my insurances network, and I wasn't charged for my medications like the other pharmacies, but Brianna continued to be very rude and kept asking me what Pharmacy to send my prescriptions to because they banned me, a 95 yr old woman, from picking up my much needed asthma medication! Jay Sizemore has posted my pictures on Facebook telling everyone I'm a thief because my son stood up to him and Walmart...this is why we're being targeted, because of Jay Sizemore's false defamatory accusations. This Battle Ground Walmart condoned Jay Sizemore's bazaar behavior for seven yrs, until they terminated his position. Apparently Jay was following and harassing other innocent shoppers during his employment because many of them posted their negative experiences with Jay on Facebook... I have screenshots from those people who also complained about their horrible experiences at the store... Be very careful when shopping at this store... they will falsely accuse you of stealing, even if you're innocent, then they'll post pictures of you on Facebook and tell everyone you're a thief and an immigrant who should be investigated by ICE!

" I was shocked. there were no other people in line and there were 4 other people working in the pharmacy. I said to her that they always ring up my extra items and she still insisted she was too busy to do it. That is just crazy! I waited on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, only to be placed back on hold again and again. When I finally reached someone, the interaction was cold, short, and dismissive. I couldn't get off the phone fast enough. I understand pharmacies can be overwhelmed, and I want to acknowledge that Grace may have been under a lot of pressure with many orders to fulfill. That said, customer service is still a core part of the job, and in this case it was exceptionally poor. There was no empathy, no patience, and no effort to be even minimally helpful. Even if this pharmacy had the best prices around, it would honestly pain me to do business here again. Feeling rushed off the phone and treated like an inconvenience is not acceptable--especially in a healthcare setting where people are often already stressed or unwell. If there is one thing I hate most in life is wasting my time with capitalism. Not a single waste basket in the parking lot. I walk over towards the photo area and a guy in shorts and a shirt carrying a product says hello to me, like he works there. I think - wow - even the customers here are crazy. I get up to the photo area and a tumbleweed goes blowing by. (Not really, but it seemed like a scene in an old western. I notice that this photo area is tore up. There are consoles that have clearly been removed, but nothing has been touched up. The guy who belongs more at the beach than working in retail is now up at the front cash register milling about. I'm looking around for where the heck is the white background for the photo. I press the "i'm begging for someone to be paying attention to customers" button and the entire store is notified that oops, they did it again - and aren't doing their jobs. The wayward customer makes his way back over and asks me if I am picking something up. Now I deserve an award for holding back, because i really wanted to inquire as to why he felt it appropriate to report to work dressed like that without any professional indication he works there - but instead I skipped to - I'm here for a passport photo. "Oh thats been broken a long time". Hmmm. Ok. "Your website says you do them here." "(I don't remember what dumb words he said, because I just thought wow - this place has totally given up.) Sure Amazon and the online world have zapped the marketplace, but have some g'damn self respect to run a store worth visiting. She apologized to the customers in line, greeting each with a warm smile. (She also gave me some kind advice about using horse linament for my badly sprained wrist, but I was too distracted by pain to pay attention.) She was altogether wonderful.
