Parking right out front in their own lot makes it even more convenient.

That occurred, but it was double protected so they sent me a text too. The text never came so I went back and got a refund. Went to UPS and had no problem getting my photo. Then a family member tried to return a package via FedEx. Walgreens does FedEx returns. A similar issue. We gave them the package and the FedEx paperwork but they could not make it work. We went to the FedEx shop instead and the return took less than 10 seconds. Only two people working there today. Calls for customer service coming in from all over the store. The cashier was busy and the other person was trying to figure out the FedEx return. Freezer and Cooler broken down again too. What a joke.

(What better way to remember a once-in-a-decade vaccine than to be able to say, "Oh, yeah, the last time I had a tetanus was when the Declaration of Independence had turned 250 years old...") I had the good fortune to be tended to by Pati, a pharmacy tech who's friendly, informative and efficient. I hate shots. But Pati chatted me up, got me to relax, and talked me through each poke like a yoga teacher. ("Take a deep breath... Now let it out slowly...") Pati has probably handled thousands of vaccines in her pharmacy career. I'm glad she was there to give me mine. Made the whole affair quick and painless. Thank you, Pati! Thank you, Fred Meyer Pharmacy. You folks know your business.

They obviously never think to clean their food seating area. Big sign says eat here, but it's so gross. How can they expect anyone to enjoy it? I called the Fred Meyer pharmacy with genuine questions about a refill date discrepancy I noticed between my old insurance and what the pharmacy had on file. Instead of receiving any clarity or basic courtesy, the pharmacist was dismissive, showed zero empathy, and ultimately hung up on me mid-conversation. I wasn't being difficult. I was confused - which is a completely reasonable thing to be when your insurance, doctor, and medications are all changing at once. Pharmacists are healthcare professionals who regularly work with patients in exactly these situations. A little patience and a clear explanation would have gone a long way. Instead, I was made to feel like a suspect for asking a straightforward question. That is unacceptable. I'll be transferring this prescription as soon as my current refill is complete. I wouldn't recommend working with Fred Meyer pharmacy.

Alright, alright! You made me admit it, this place, Super Supplements, is freakin' Disneyland for supplement addicts! This place is pretty new, just opened a few months ago so when you walk in it still has that new store smell to it. Marie Thompson, the manager is incredibly knowledgeable especially in homeopathy, her staff continues to impress me with great customer service every time. Helpful, but not pushy, they let you browse without hovering and always great suggestions and sometimes even have free samples of products you can try. My main interest is in Nutrition 53 products (owned by former NFL Linebacker Bill Romanowski) and they have most of the products I need in stock. Any that I want but are not in stock can be in store within 4 days maximum, without shipping charges. I have used them to pick up Kelp, Vitamin D, a shaker bottle and a variety of proteins and amino acids. Prices are fair, I know some people think they are a little high but you have to realize that Super Supplements doesn't carry junk like some drug stores or big box stores, everything there is from a quality manufacturer made with the best stuff. So yeah, take your $4 Walmart vitamins, you'll get out of them what you pay for them. Once you try stuff that really works you'll never go back. Speaking of shaker bottles, they carry this amazing bottle called the Blender Bottle, it has a round wire ball inside of it to act like a whisk. It is so freakin' cool! There's always this wet, powdery glump at the bottom of the bottle or glass when you mix by spoon, but not with this thing, you shake it up and even the hardest thing to stir (for me that's Nutrition 53 Neuro1) is perfectly mixed, no glumps or clumps. Best $7 I ever spent. Somewhere, some person thought of this and is a multi-millionaire now. I hate that person. In closing I just have to say, get out of drug stores and big box stores for your healthy supplement needs, go someplace with knowledgeable people, a good selection and where everybody knows your name.
