Awesome customer service in their bakery department. While searching for a cake I found the perfect little personal sized round. Staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. Cake selections available for walk ins or pre order for customized cakes, cupcakes or specialty items. Once you enter it'll be on the right hand side of the store. Plenty of other options available half sheets, larger rounds and cupcakes. Self check out available with plenty of parking in this shopping center.

Albertsons has the best grilled chicken... forreal!!!& their fried chicken bomb too. Me and my family always go to Albertsons when we want grilled chicken and it's always delicious!!

Sectional showing the dryness and compressed cake, nothing soft and moist.

This review is for Bakery. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and flavor of this Victorian lace cake. I used to be obsessed with this cake and was my go-to for any occasion. The presentation was everything but most importantly the texture, consistency and flavor. It was moist, light and nothing overwhelming in flavor. The perfect white cake with a light raspberry jam filling which went great paired with coffee and tea. Now it's just saddening that savory cake is gone, I don't know what Albertsons did, if they changed their recipe or new bakers but it's not the same anymore. Unfortunately it's my last time buying this cake, we were unable to finish the cake, and we had to throw it all away. It was so stiff and dry and upon refrigerating it turned hard as a stone. The frosting of the cake was similar to the frosting which is used on gingerbread houses and it had a tangy taste. The cake was basically a box cake, stale and unflavored. I am really upset with the quality and do not recommend. Hopefully Albertsons sees this review and goes back to their old recipe or does something to improve their bakery.

I really like this Albertson Deli, everyone that has helped me have been great. The Assistant manager Stacy is amazing and so friendly. Everytime I order she make sure everything is how I asked. This particular Saturday I ordered sandwiches for my grandmother bday, man she made my sandwiched look so professional people kept asking where did I order them from.

This is the shortest line of only 2 open registers. Great scheduling! You KNEW it was a holiday. Bad enough the prices are jacked.

They have the very best organic produce! The store is fully stocked and the associates treat you like a personal shopper at Nordstrom's. The Manager is highly professional and does her job with ease. I asked if there were anymore Trader Joe's special bags they sell once a year and she said yes. I bought some and a minute later the entire shopping cart that had them in it was gone. They sell fast. Once a year Trader Joe's puts out a small tote bag and everyone rushes to buy them as though they are Birkin bags. I was looking for organic vegetables and Mary showed me how to find them by their labels. She was so sweet and courteous! Then Sheily another crew member took me to the refrigerated organic vegetables and pointed out which ones I was looking for and where they were located at. She was joking and making me laugh. I was looking for organic garlic and Charlie asked if I needed help. He looked until he found me some and he was so nice. The people who work at Trader Joe's genuinely love their jobs! That says a lot about this company. They must treat their employees with respect and care. Alex helped direct me to find some chips and she was such a happy person. It was nice! Jordan he was so cool! I was looking for pomegranate juice and he took me right to the place to find it. He cracked jokes and his smile lit up the place. Frank was our last encounter and he checked us out. He was the sweetest of all. He really cares about his customers health as well as them being pleased with shopping at his store. This store was clean as well as their bathroom. The nice thing is they are fully staffed! This is my favorite Traders. Check them out. Also Trader Joe's offer little shopping carts for your children to shop with. Which comes in handy when your cart over flowers. lol love the crew members, manager and store! Their tote bags came in blue, pink, green and light brown

This place isn't bad with its products, just like all the other Trader Joe's, but the reason I give…read moreit a one star review is because of what happened 10 years back in around June-July of 2016. I'm not sure if this is the exact place, but it had hills and I came from a vacation at California City. I am reviewing this after years of processing my experience with a "special" worker. I had a terrible experience with a middle-aged 50-60s cashier who has black/dark brown curly hair who kept denying assistance when I so needed to use the restroom. This is my take but what could have been a simple answer from her turned into a power war for her to assert dominance over me. She demanded "look at me when you're talking to me" and "look at me right in the eye" in those exact words when I was anxious and shy, and she kept saying all of that over and over even when I looked at her moments later! She never told me why she did this, but then decided to give me the location of the restroom after withholding assistance to me for so long. I'm not sure what was on her mind, but in my mind I'm betting she got fired after she played these social power wars for so long. In general, what she did was unacceptable and unprofessional in withholding assistance from a customer, and gaining unnecessary power and respect at the expense of my peace and space. Especially as an employee at a grocery store, you are obligated to help customers to what they need, not punishing them for your own personal policies. Overall, I give it one star not for the store alone, but based on this abysmal and disruptive experience with a cashier who needs to learn that no one is trying to control or hurt her on the inside. I simply wanted to know where the restroom is but she decided to withhold a simple answer by making it worse and demanding unnecessary eye contact and asserting power over me. THIS is not how you do your job.

Today Sunday Diane calls and asks about the trays, I say only 1 of the trays 1/2 tray only with cheese no meat for vegetarians. I paid for everything including 3 cakes 1 double barrel cake. As I was putting everything in the truck cakes I see the sandwich's are all meat no cheese sandwiches I walked back to Diane, I asked if she could make the cheese sandwiches I know it's just a mistake. Diane wanted to take the tray remove the meat from the sandwiches and replace it with cheese. I said this is for vegetarians. I cannot have meat blood on the bread and have you put cheese over it. I wanna wait, especially after you just saying that you would remove the meat for cheese and saying you're going to throw the sandwiches that you made in the trash, I have the double barrel cake the weather potentially shifting in my truck. I even showed a picture from years ago and similar weather shifting the cake and I didn't want it to shift and after paying over $100 for a cake. I need to go get the cakes it if it's gonna take time and then LuLu deli manager wants to argue saying she heard me tell Diane double meat on the phone again I said no meat! LuLu says if she could refuse to service customers she would didn't want to finish the sandwiches. Lulu wanted to find a customer in the store arguing then goes to the manager, checking out customers Marina I think was her name. I explained to her and LuLu acts like she understands, we walk back to the deli as she's arguing. I said this will be the last time I will order from the deli and LuLu said that's good. Not sure where this comes from after 10 years Lulu keeps arguing I walked back to the checker. That's a manager. I tell her I'm just asking for a cheese sandwich like a grilled cheese two pieces of bread with cheese no meat and they're having a hard time comprehending this. I've come over to you because I can't handle the arguing from Lulu at this point. Marina calls over there. I wait for somebody to help finish checking out customers Marina and I walk to the deli. 45 minutes later Finally, the sandwiches are waiting not sure why the attitude I don't need attitude from an employee even if it is a manager! Not sure what's up with managers, thinking they are superior to customers and they are better than the customer! Bakery on the other hand is excellent. Would recommend the bakery department for sure!

I prefer to shop for my groceries in the store. I didn't know if it was just a bad time of the hour or just that night. I'm a usual that has a routine to my step. And I don't like dancing with partner's that have two left feet and can't keep up rhythm with me where everything should flow like a breeze in the wind and like melted butter on toast. I like to walk into a store within the last two hour's expecting to be in and out like Flynn. I gathered everything that I possibly wanted for groceries and took interest on a few gamers memorabilia clothing with the prices marked down. One now these day's can't beat $5.00 to $10.00 dollars being reasonably the price. A Cashier who reminded of myself when I sang and danced to the same tune 12 or 13 year's ago was at her very best at the time of the night. I remembered those long evenings of Closing that came about, but one still tries to put there best foot forward that being the Cashier even when tired. She was polite and asked me all the right questions but almost forgot to ring me up for the gamers memorabilia clothing that I let her know was going to be a separate purchase before hand. When I reminded her, she had just said, "Oh, and rang me up for those items. I was not frustrated with her but the customer prior to me that started a 10 to 15 minute conversation with her over an easy Yes or No question that broke her rhythm just before helping me. After ringing me up for the gamers memorabilia clothing, I took notice that she didn't remove any of the ESA security tags off of the clothing. So, I figured that someone was going to be at the door to check my receipt and remove the ESA security tags off of my clothing. I'm walking towards the exit with my cart of groceries and the gamers memorabilia clothing. And there is this young woman probably a few year's younger than me super obliviously on her cell phone. She's literally holding the cell phone in her face and was fascinated with it. I stopped past her and held up the two receipts for her to look at and she didn't look my way still so preoccupied by her cell phone. She did acknowledge that I was right next her and just said, "I greatly appreciate that... " I could have showed her a blank piece of paper or any kind of receipt and just walked out having robbed the store. I was frustrated with her customer service and had realized still that I had the ESA security tags still on my clothing and had already walked to my vehicle. Putting my best foot forward, I took a deep breath and walked back into the store with all of my purchases. When I came back entering the entrance, the same door greeter was now chit chatting with two of the guards and another associate. I walked up to her specifically and asked if I could have the ESA security tags removed off these pieces of clothing that I purchased. She didn't check my receipt and tell's me, " Oh, I'm so sorry about that. We don't carry the security tag removers up here. The registers only have them. You're going to have to get in line again to have them removed." When she told me that and didn't even offer to escort me so I wouldn't have to wait in line again. I was frustrated because it seemed like what ever she was doing on her cell phone and talking to other associates seemed to be more important than her paycheck for the unsatisfactory customer service that I received. I don't remember his name but I know that he was fully decorated like I would be back in my year's as a Cashier wearing a little red, white, and blue showing his patriotism. This Cashier seemed very approachable and I waited patiently till he had an open window to acknowledge me. He was taking care of another customer. I asked him politely if he could remove the ESA security tags off of the clothing that I had already purchased and was now sitting stale along with my groceries because of the laid back customer service. I told him that I asked the young woman at the door for assistance, but she relayed back to me that I had to go to a Cashier. He saw my frustration and didn't hesitate to remove the ESA security tags off of my clothes. He told me, "Try to have a good rest of your night. Okay," in a soft southern accent voice. It made me feel a little better because he actually cared.

Dishonesty - Food 4 Less (Palmdale)…read more I placed an order for 50 pieces of fried chicken on Friday via telephone for pickup on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. When I arrived, I was told that no order had been prepared. Just as I was being told this, an employee walked into the deli and asked us to wait 30 minutes. When I asked why the order wasn't ready, she said she had gone on her lunch break and "forgot to tell" someone to prepare it. I had guests waiting at home, so I told her I'd return later. When I came back about 40 minutes later, my order was finally ready. I asked if they could offer a discount for the inconvenience, but the employee told me, "If you had paid before, I would have given you a discount. I don't normally take phone orders." That was never mentioned when I placed the order. Had I been told, I would have gladly paid ahead of time. She said there was nothing she could do, so I asked to speak to a manager. She stepped away, made a call, and returned saying she could offer me eight pieces off (which she claimed equaled about $28). I accepted--however, when I checked my receipt, the total was exactly the same as before. At that point, I didn't argue because I had guests waiting, but it was clear I had been misled. I've shopped at this location before and previously had good service, which is why I chose to order from them again. Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and accountability. I won't be returning, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
