I shop at the Palmdale Blvd meat market, my family comes from the Valley for barbecues all the time and I always get compliments on the chicken. Not yesterday which was 4th of July. I purchased the chicken steaks prepared like always do. I went on Friday to avoid the crowds. As soon as we put it on the grill I knew it was going to turn out flavorless. The poor quality of there chicharrón here is no where near the quality of their great chicharrón in their Lancaster store on 15th Street West.
