When I first entered the store, I was at the checkout lane when Lenni asked if the items at the end of the counter were mine. I explained that they were not just mine. I was shopping with my fiancé, and the items belonged to both of us. Lenni responded, "I never would've guessed." For context, I am a 38-year-old African American woman, and my fiancé is a white man in his 60s. I initially brushed off the comment, thinking maybe Lenni was just having a bad day. As we continued checking out, my fiancé began bagging the groceries himself, which was fine. However, at Albertsons, I am accustomed to having a bagger assist when not using self-checkout. Still, I did not make an issue of it. Lenni then left several of our items sitting on the counter and gestured for us to move them into the cart ourselves. I politely asked if she could bag the remaining items. At that point, Lenni's demeanor changed. She became visibly irritated and began roughly tossing our groceries into the bags. read more

My first time ever shopping at this location, I've lived here for over 9 years and decided to utilize the curbside pickup option. The employee that handed me my groceries was awesome she greeted me with a smile and overall very polite . It was the Quality of the food I ordered. I purchased a 16 count assortment of cookies. I received a container with every cookie broken in half. that should have been swapped out for another container of cookies in my opinion. I don't think I'll shop at this location again. read more

This review is for Bakery. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and flavor of this Victorian lace cake. I used to be obsessed with this cake and was my go-to for any occasion. The presentation was everything but most importantly the texture, consistency and flavor. It was moist, light and nothing overwhelming in flavor. The perfect white cake with a light raspberry jam filling which went great paired with coffee and tea. Now it's just saddening that savory cake is gone, I don't know what Albertsons did, if they changed their recipe or new bakers but it's not the same anymore. Unfortunately it's my last time buying this cake, we were unable to finish the cake, and we had to throw it all away. It was so stiff and dry and upon refrigerating it turned hard as a stone. The frosting of the cake was similar to the frosting which is used on gingerbread houses and it had a tangy taste. The cake was basically a box cake, stale and unflavored. I am really upset with the quality and do not recommend. Hopefully Albertsons sees this review and goes back to their old recipe or does something to improve their bakery. read more

Great service here, great staff, food is always fresh, fast checkout lines, and very rarely out of stock on an item. I'm only giving it four stars tho because in the parking lot, they have trees but they trim those trees so damn much there's no shade. None! When I come with my dogs in my car, I have to leave them in the car with no shade. Whoever keeps cutting those trees needs to stop! Let them grow! It looks better, it provides shade for pets inside cars, it's better for your car paint, and people like shade in hot weather. Otherwise tho a great store I'll always love them! read more

One of the better Albertsons I have been to in this area recently. Me and my girl stopped here to get some food for a birthday party we were invited to. We came all the way from Orange County, and it was a hell of a drive. At least we had somewhat good service at Albertsons. We went to the deli to get some fried chicken and baked chicken. Potato salad is good here too. Store was pretty clean, and security guard in the area. Prices were pretty high here. But oh well, we still continued to buy what we wanted. read more

The day before Thanksgiving I was double charged to the amount of $39.58. When I got to my car I thought the amount seemed high & I reviewed the bill and saw the double charges. I then was told to wait in a "customer service" line. 30 minutes later I finally got my money back. I had paid cash for my shopping today. Few checkstands open. First time here, and was a little disappointed. There is only one check stand open, and there was lots of customers lined up. To be fair however, management finally woke up and opened up more checkstands. Also, the store really has lots of well-lit, wide aisles. I was able to find everything I needed pretty quickly. This is the second time that Albertson's bakery has let me down. I purchased a special cake and paid extra for the artwork on the cake. I spoke directly to the cake decorator, Maria, and showed her a picture of what I wanted. She took a picture to make sure that what I wanted was accurate. I was so excited to purchase this cake for my daughter's birthday. The cake was absolutely horrible! All of the writing and the artwork was sloppy. I was so disappointed. The girl who helped me switched the cake for a regular one and wrote happy birthday on the new cake for me. If you shop at Albertsons make sure to use the "just for U" app by Albertsons (or vons not sure). but they are almost always giving away at least one free item. Went looking for white roses early morning , didn't have any in stock and asked me to come back later there was going to be a shipment came back at a later time after they told me to come back after 11AM. Tried getting two rolls of quarters. Lady who helped me acted like I was bothering her. She gave me 1 roll and a $10 bill. I went back and asked nicely if there was any way she could do the other 10 and get a roll. To which she responded with a bothining sigh "you really need another roll". This is the worse of its kind. Always out of things and the should just close that deli down and stop frying or baking those Cornish hens. Actually I think they trim the pieces down to make their salads etc. and cook what's left of the pieces. There's a lot of stale products in store and that's not okay with such high prices. So as it turns out, Albertsons' incentive for avoiding getting Covid is to risk getting Covid. I finally received my $50 egift card for getting my Covid vaccines. So as I go to pay for my merchandise, big shock, the cashier tells me that they can't accept it through the phone. You need to have it printed out on paper. So first of all, that's NOT an egift card if I can't use it electronically. That's what the 'e' stands for. Second, I do not own a printer. There's a barcode they didn't even attempt to scan and also a number they didn't bother to type in. I guess because it would have been too hard. So what are my options? I can go to the public library, is the managers response. How ironic. Please go to a building notorious for where homeless people take sink baths and use a filthy computer hundreds of other people have touched with most likely unwashed hands. So now instead of a thank you, this "egift card" has turned into a chore. "You want that $50? Why don't you run to FedEx for us." So thank you, Albertsons! Thank you for not only telling me to risk Covid because you're too lazy to scan a barcode that's on a phone instead of on a piece of paper. But also thank you for encouraging me to never shop at your terrible store again. I will be making one final purchase from your store, though. When and if I meet your demands of a printed physical copy of an egift card. But knowing you, you'll probably just tell me it's expired or something and then give me more "we do apologize for the inconvenience" as the manager rolls her eyes. read more
