I stopped by the other day looking specifically for bone marrow, and this was one of the only places that actually carried exactly what I was looking for and for a reasonable price too! When I first entered the store, I was at the checkout lane when Lenni asked if the items at the end of the counter were mine. I explained that they were not just mine. I was shopping with my fiancé, and the items belonged to both of us. Lenni responded, "I never would've guessed." For context, I am a 38-year-old African American woman, and my fiancé is a white man in his 60s. I initially brushed off the comment, thinking maybe Lenni was just having a bad day. As we continued checking out, my fiancé began bagging the groceries himself, which was fine. However, at Albertsons, I am accustomed to having a bagger assist when not using self-checkout. Still, I did not make an issue of it. Lenni then left several of our items sitting on the counter and gestured for us to move them into the cart ourselves. I politely asked if she could bag the remaining items. At that point, Lenni's demeanor changed. She became visibly irritated and began roughly tossing our groceries into the bags. read more

The employee that handed me my groceries was awesome she greeted me with a smile and overall very polite . It was the Quality of the food I ordered. I purchased a 16 count assortment of cookies. I received a container with every cookie broken in half. that should have been swapped out for another container of cookies in my opinion. I don't think I'll shop at this location again. read more

This review is for Bakery. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and flavor of this Victorian lace cake. I used to be obsessed with this cake and was my go-to for any occasion. The presentation was everything but most importantly the texture, consistency and flavor. It was moist, light and nothing overwhelming in flavor. The perfect white cake with a light raspberry jam filling which went great paired with coffee and tea. Now it's just saddening that savory cake is gone, I don't know what Albertsons did, if they changed their recipe or new bakers but it's not the same anymore. Unfortunately it's my last time buying this cake, we were unable to finish the cake, and we had to throw it all away. It was so stiff and dry and upon refrigerating it turned hard as a stone. The frosting of the cake was similar to the frosting which is used on gingerbread houses and it had a tangy taste. The cake was basically a box cake, stale and unflavored. I am really upset with the quality and do not recommend. Hopefully Albertsons sees this review and goes back to their old recipe or does something to improve their bakery. read more

Great service here, great staff, food is always fresh, fast checkout lines, and very rarely out of stock on an item. I'm only giving it four stars tho because in the parking lot, they have trees but they trim those trees so damn much there's no shade. None! When I come with my dogs in my car, I have to leave them in the car with no shade. Whoever keeps cutting those trees needs to stop! Let them grow! One of the better Albertsons I have been to in this area recently. Me and my girl stopped here to get some food for a birthday party we were invited to. We came all the way from Orange County, and it was a hell of a drive. At least we had somewhat good service at Albertsons. We went to the deli to get some fried chicken and baked chicken. Potato salad is good here too. Store was pretty clean, and security guard in the area. Prices were pretty high here. But oh well, we still continued to buy what we wanted. read more

Few checkstands open. First time here, and was a little disappointed. There is only one check stand open, and there was lots of customers lined up. To be fair however, management finally woke up and opened up more checkstands. Also, the store really has lots of well-lit, wide aisles. I was able to find everything I needed pretty quickly. The day before Thanksgiving I was double charged to the amount of $39.58. When I got to my car I thought the amount seemed high & I reviewed the bill and saw the double charges. This is the second time that Albertson's bakery has let me down. I purchased a special cake and paid extra for the artwork on the cake. I spoke directly to the cake decorator, Maria, and showed her a picture of what I wanted. She took a picture to make sure that what I wanted was accurate. I was so excited to purchase this cake for my daughter's birthday. The cake was absolutely horrible! All of the writing and the artwork was sloppy. I was so disappointed. The girl who helped me switched the cake for a regular one and wrote happy birthday on the new cake for me. If you shop at Albertsons make sure to use the "just for U" app by Albertsons (or vons not sure). but they are almost always giving away at least one free item. Went looking for white roses early morning , didn't have any in stock and asked me to come back later there was going to be a shipment came back at a later time after they told me to come back after 11AM.
