I ordered a tow truck from Alberto's on August 23 at approximately 2:45 PM. I was told there was a truck "nearby". I called back at 4:30 PM to advise that no one had shown up. The truck showed up shortly thereafter. I had been quoted $75. Once vehicle was removed from truck I was told that an additional $20 was going to be charged because I was using a credit card for payment. I was able to negotiate the additional charge from $20 to $5 because of the long wait time. I was told that an invoice would be sent to me via text. I followed up on invoice (needed for insurance reimbursement) starting 9/11 continuously until today with no response. read more

I did forget to mention it would be two people riding along (from Orange, CA to West Covina, CA) so it was a tight fit, but we got home safe and sound and it turns out I only knocked out the fuel line. So, this is my first ever review. Another first that happened yesterday was getting stranded on the fwy while heading to work. First time getting towed also. I quickly searched on Yelp and called Alberto's Towing. They picked up right away, I told them where I was, and a nice young guy (sorry, didn't catch his name) came and hooked up my SUV. The price seemed fair and I was able to get a rough estimate over the phone. Since it was actually a few miles less than I told them over the phone, my final price was a bit lower than the estimate. On August 12th my car just decided it was time to die and I had to contact my tow service option and Alberto's towing was the one who did the job. These guys were swamped that Monday and did their best to not only help me get my car home as I unfortunately couldn't wait for the service but the next day per their word not only did they deliver the car early in the morning, they placed it where it was easy to access and they sent me a picture to prove to me that they did it. What impressed me however was that this was really late at night and although their employees had worked a long night they still kept their professionalism and had ensured that me and my fiancee had made it home that night. Attention and lousy service I do not recommend it at all damaged my vehicle by the way they towed it and do not want to be held responsible and they hang my phone, when I call and when they answer me in a very rude and arrogant way, as they offer their services through of Insurances the one that I had is infinity and they offered why I pay full cover and I was decomposed of something related to the Electrico and they damaged the arm that holds the front tires my car is a Fiat and they did not take a flat bed if not of scissors and not diesel I was carrying what I was still carrying and now after 2 weeks I had to pay for the damages without them until now they assume their responsibility, it's sad that people like that offer services that instead of helping you hurt you. My HD Motorcycle wasn't feeling it today. I was stuck in the city of orange. I called Triple A where I've been a premier member for 26 years. They had the nerve to tell me that they couldn't find anyone in the area and that it would take 3-4 hours for them to find someone that could get to me. I Told them where they could go and called Albertos Tow. As soon as he answered the phone and I told him my problem he cared and said don't worry we'll take care of you. I gave him all my info and he said a driver will be there in 30-40 mins. The driver (Jesus) drove up and was really friendly and extremely helpful. The flat bed he was driving was awsome. This thing was a state of the art. We loaded my bike , he secured it and we were on our way. I must say when he was securing it he was really careful not to damage or scratch the paint. We got to where the bike was gonna be left and got home safe and sound. Huge thank you to Albertos towing.
