If you need a tow truck and have time to kill and don't need to get anywhere and your phone is at 100%, then I definitely recommend this place. I was literally about less than 10 minutes from this place, received a 'cheap estimate' (foreshadowing because you get what you pay for) and waited half an hour after the first phone call. Called them and asked if the driver was dispatched. The operators are very kind. But I'm not sure if the following was the customer service's incompetence or the illegal immigrant they hired to drive somewhere, I'll let you decide. I spoke to an Esmeralda and she told me the driver would call me in a few minutes. Mind you, this is Sunday. I know places are closed. They said 10 minutes. It's been 30 minutes. They said a few more minutes to get a call from the driver. Okay, I'll be patient. My phone is at 15% and I couldn't foresee that I would need a tow truck so I obviously didn't bring my phone charger. I waited another 45 minutes. Called them again. Phone is now at 7% only cause I wasn't using my phone so I could have the battery to receive the drivers phone call and pay him (since I didn't have my credit card with me to pay on the spot so they wanted me to Zelle them when the driver got there. They usually require a $65 deposit... just FYI, pay at your discretion and if you have time to kill). The driver ended up driving to LA. About an hour from me. So I'm not sure if Esmeralda was placing the blame on the driver from Mexico or if she didn't see what address she sent him to, I DONT KNOW how I provided her an address and another address was provided to the driver, but whatever. By this time, I was already annoyed that I was waiting over an hour for a 10 minute provided wait time. Thankfully Hadley picked up my phone call and picked me up in 20 minutes after asking them to confirm if somebody was really coming to pick me up because I had been waiting like an idiot for a company that told me 10 minutes over an hour ago. So, like I said. If you have time to kill and don't need places to go or your car to fix or a mechanic waiting on you, please go with this company. I was only able to encounter the customer service portion , but they were kind. Again, not sure where the address situation-mistake happened. But sometime between my first phone call asking if they were coming, I think it would have been professional to check what address was provided to the driver. So yeah, if you have time to kill and have nowhere to be and your phone is properly charged, I might recommend this. I'm going through their reviews and am seeing even when the tow truck came, cars ended up receiving damage, so I guess I don't know, make your own decision. If you have time o kill and you're only seeking for a sub-par customer service interaction, that's all I can go off personally, I would recommend this company only for that interaction.
