To prove it wasn't a kitchen delay, the table right next to us was turned over *twice* while we were still waiting on our meals. The General Manager did end up removing an appetizer from our final bill to try to make up for the atrocious service, but taking a few dollars off doesn't fix a ruined birthday dinner. To top it off, when I tried to share feedback directly, the QR code on the receipt to fill out their customer survey conveniently didn't work either.
