Italian Meat
Teresa L.

We came here one late evening for pizzas. There was a short queue, but it moved quickly. The staff were calm, great at crowd control, and professional. The dining was casual. They have their special pizza posted by the cashier. (I wish that was posted on the menu so I wouldn't feel pressure if I needed to switch my order.) On the Universal app, you can order via mobile. I did not learn about this until later. The app only works if you are on premise. One other night, I wish we could order ahead of time, because we were at Epic Universe taking the shuttle to Citywalk. It was getting late and I was hoping I could place a pickup order. The app said that I was "too far" and need to be on premise. But the night we did dine-in, we ordered the Italian Meat, which was delicious and simple. I think it did take 15-20 minutes to receive our food, but we are patient people. Overall, I would eat here again.

Mushroom Pizza

I stopped here in Citywalk because I realized I never tried it before. I got the mushroom pizza. It was really good and enough for two people. Their seating is all outside, and it was a nice day, so I enjoyed that. It took a while for the pizza to come out, but the server was really nice, and even though you're supposed to go get your own napkins, silverware, cheese and crushed red pepper, I was alone, so she brought it to me so I wouldn't have to leave my stuff there.

After visiting Universal's Islands of Adventure, my mom and I decided to stop by Red Oven Pizza Bakery for a late lunch before leaving City Walk. We stopped in around 2:00 P.M. on a Friday afternoon. There weren't many customers at the restaurant. It was also a perfect day to eat outside since it was mid-80s with a nice breeze! Ordering from the restaurant was interesting. You pick out the table, and then scan the QR code. The QR code will then populate the Red Oven Pizza Bakery menu from the Universal Studio's mobile application. From there, you can place your order and then provide a table # for the order. My mom and I ended up splitting a cheese pizza from Red Oven Pizza Bakery. I didn't see an option to add a cup of water to the order. I did add a Sprite though. When the team member came over to deliver the sprite, we were informed we would have to go to the registers and ask the other team members inside the restaurant to get a cup of water. I'm not sure if I missed it through the virtual ordering on the mobile application, but I couldn't locate a way to add a cup of water. After we got the cup of water, the cheese pizza shortly came out. The pizza lacked a lot of flavor. I didn't get much flavor from the marinara sauce. There was plenty of cheese on the pizza though. If I stopped by Red Oven Pizza bakery again, I would try a different pizza out, perhaps their pepperoni one. I'm glad I had a chance to try out Red Oven Pizza Bakery, but the pizza was just okay.

This pizza was mouthwatering, insane cheese pull, & perfect crust. The sauce was flavorful and the addition of crushed red pepper made this pizza taste amazing! The service was quick, & great to hang out during the summer time

After a long day in the theme park, I was craving a pizza. I have been going to universal and city walk since I was little and never stopped to get a pizza and I'm very upset because this is a really good pizza. I have the Bianca pizza and added sausage and tomato sauce. I didn't taste the truffle oil much on the pizza. But it was very fresh and cheesy just how i like it. The wait was pretty long but worth it. I would definitely come back. It's an open restaurant so the a/c is not the best but not hot at all. Just a little muggy. I love that there is outdoor seating too for days that it is cool

Red oven is the best value in city walk and probably at universal Orlando. The pizzas are big, good, and fresh. The online ordering system made us wait 30 minutes at our table before I walked up and asked where our food was and instead of delivering it to our table they left it sitting on the counter to get soggy and cold. If it weren't for that bad service, they would get a great score. The patio is a nice place to have a pizza and people watch. Great spot for lunch or a light dinner to share.

Pizza is always a good call. Ours came out quickly, was hot and fresh, AND I got to watch them throw the dough in the window. So cool!

Wait time terrible but maybe worth it . My fave Marg pizza for sure. Food always hot and fresh!

Cute little pizza place inside of Universal CityWalk. You can mobile order ahead or order at the counter; I ordered at the counter because I was visiting very late and it was a short line. I ordered the Allo Benno, which is prosciutto, jalapeño, and pineapple. It wasn't until my food got delivered that I realized Allo Benno is jalapeño lol. It was pretty good; nice crispy crust, love the giant slices of pineapple that are thin enough not to make the crust soggy. Perfect amount of sweet and salty with a tiny bit of spice. The pizza was too big for me to finish so I grabbed a takeaway box.

It was fresh pizza. Some flavor very basic. I expected the mushroom aioli to have a good lasting flavor but wasn't ... hitting the spot. Service was with a smile even the good bye. They didn't have draft beer In stock.... It's a very busy area so close to universal and islands of adventure.

Super busy on a Saturday night. The order ahead app was shut down due to how busy it was. No worries however. The order was taken at the counter and my pizza was done in less than the time initially given. Thumps up for that. Once I found a seat (didn't take long at all), I dug in and was happy to see that it was baked perfectly. Cheesy and flavorful.

Prosciutto and Argula Pizza
Raneisha L.

Great, fresh pizza. It was a bit crowded, but that was to be expected on a Saturday night. Initially we were told it would be a 45min-1hour wait, but the pizza came out in approximately 15-20mins. Overall it was a good experience.

This is 2/3 remaining pepperoni and sausage pizza we ordered last week. The best

This pizza joint is the bomb. I only had pizza there every time we went to universal, nothing else so this review is only for pizza. We get the pepperoni pizza or sometimes add mushrooms or sometimes sausage. The toppings are delicious. We love this pizza so much. It's always consistently delicious. It's a 12" pie cut into 6 slices. I eat it slowly so it lasts longer. The crust is the best. It's never bad. I usually don't eat the crust but at Red Oven we both eat everything on the tray. The sauce is also yum! The cheese completes it! Overall this pizza is a 10/10. We order one every time we visit Universal Studios. I think when you take into consideration all the food places on City Walk and in both parks, you get a great return on your investment at Red Oven Pizza Bakery. My wife and I are going to the park tomorrow and staying over night for a second day as well. We definitely will stop off at Red Oven one of the two days/ it's a must for us!

Personally, I usually prefer more traditional table service if I'm sitting down, but for what it is, it works just fine. Now the real star... the pepperoni, jalapeño, honey pizza. I'm not even exaggerating when I say I think about it weekly. The sweet + spicy combo is unreal. If you're going with someone, my recommendation is definitely to split a pizza and get the "Kale Me on My Cellphone" salad. The salad is honestly so good and loaded with toppings like artichokes, tomatoes, bacon, egg, and cheese. The green goddess dressing completely makes it super fresh, bright, and zingy. I even ended up dipping my pizza crust into the dressing because it was that good. This time we ordered the Gabagool, and I've had the Green Ranger in the past. Both pizzas are super flavorful and really well done. I think I slightly prefer the pizzas with the pistachio pesto base because the flavor combo is so unique, but honestly you can't go wrong with either option. What keeps it interesting, though, is how the atmosphere continues to evolve while staying true to its roots. At its core, this is classic New York-style grab-and-go pizza. You order by choosing slices through the glass, with plenty of options that go beyond traditional toppings--standouts like chicken bacon ranch and buffalo-style slices are clearly crowd favorites. The atmosphere is where Gitto's really shines. From the outside, it looks like a simple hole-in-the-wall, but once inside, there's more personality and energy than you'd expect. The complimentary garlic knots were an unexpected and appreciated bonus. The dough is flavorful and familiar--exactly what you want from a NYC-style slice. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch, and it delivered: not overly sauced (which is key, since ranch can easily overpower), perfectly cooked bacon, and solid chicken that didn't taste frozen or pre-made. Pizza is subjective, and this is just my experience--but it's important to judge Gitto's for what it is. This is New York grab-and-go pizza, not Italian, Chicago, Detroit, or a big chain like Papa John's. If you know the style going in and set your expectations accordingly, this place absolutely delivers.
