Frequented on a weekend and went to sit at the bar. Despite numerous stools open, apparently they reserve the bar stools with post it notes. After waiting a few minutes I got a seat at the bar. Bartenders were excellent and attentive. Chicken cacciatore was also very good. Only issue was I was asked to move twice by the manager while I was eating so they could fit parties at the bar. My wife and I stopped in for a burger on the recommendation of a friend. He was right the burgers were very good. One of the best I have had in a long time. Unfortunately, we found it extremely uncomfortable. The music was very very LOUD! Could hardly hear each other and the waiter. The crowd at the bar seem to be competing with the volume of the music as they became more and more intoxicated. Based on the quality and taste of the burger I'm certain that other entrees on the menu would be equally enjoyable. Because of the noise level I don't think we will be coming back. Sadly their food offerings are mediocre at best. Service at the bar is similar. Overall, the place is dark, dingy, dusty and old looking. Definitely not an up and coming place. Placed an order to pick up during my lunch break at work for me and two coworkers. We picked it up and when we started eating back at the office, we had raw chicken wings and potato puffs with raw dough in the middle. When we called to complain about the inedible food, we were told our only option was to come get a new order which was not possible as our lunch break had already come and gone. Awesome specials for military on Monday! the food is solid there is something for everyone on the menu decent beer selection (mostly domestic) my only complaint and it wasn't lack of customer service... but one of the bartenders managed to mess my order up almost every time. if I asked for a cheeseburger I got no cheese . or if I asked for boneless wings I got bone in . the food was good and she was sweet so I didn't mind, but I know some people might get upset . all in all great place to watch a game and grab a beer. read more

Our group of 11 came here for lunch one day and the experience was great. Maybe we caught them on a bad day because it took awhile for our food to come out and our waitress seemed inexperienced. The restaurant was clean and not busy, it looked like most of the people were coming in for a pick up order.. anyways.. I ordered a medium size (1/2) Calzone,,, and when it came to my plate it was so huge that my group was in awe... it took up the entire plate. Food was absolutely disgusting. If it's not fried then don't order it. Myself and 4 friends came here for a drinks and bite to eat. My boyfriend ordered a scallop pasta aioli bacon. It tasted like straight cooked noodles. No flavoring at all. My boyfriend literally pour the marinara from my calzone on his pasta just to give it flavor because he was really hungry and the kitchen was closed at this point. When asked by the service if our food was ok, we were honest. The manager came over and told my boyfriend, "well if you didn't pour the marinara ontop of it, i could of tasted it." What?!?! You were going to eat my boyfriend's dinner?? How is that even ok? Poor management on her part. However, the band that was playing was pretty awesome and the only reason why i would give it 2 stars. Honestly, it was pretty bad. I can't speak for all their food but, their pizza and cheesesteaks are just not good. The pizza is under cooked and the cheesesteak had all the cheese on the bread not mixed in with the meat like any normal place would do. Just not good plain and simple. First time since it changed from the Irish Theme. Inside is still the same. We had burgers which were surprisingly real good and a bar pie. They were short staffed, which the waiter let us know early on, which is appreciated. He did just fine with the service. The thing that may not have me going back is the smell. Not sure if they are trying to hide something, but each table had air freshener in the fake flower centerpiece. It looked like the little beads you put in the laundry. Also, whatever they use to clean the tables is extremely fragrant. Not normal surface cleaner smell. Just really odd and way overbearing. What are you trying to hide? Patrons want to smell the food they are eating and drinking, not air freshener. If you have a mold / musty smell problem, just fix it! read more

Walked into the place and waited for someone to seat us - finally a woman came up to us and asked "do you have a reservation?", we said no, "well I am not sure how the long the wait is and you will have to wait here", we stood there for about 15 minutes, she never came back to us and everyone else that worked there just ignored us. There should be a sign on their door as soon as you walk in - reservations are required or something. So much for eating locally, place had plenty of open bar stools and also tables - and to be treated like common filth is just unacceptable! This is a nice family oriented restaurant. At the time of our visit (Wednesday @ 6:30) , the crowd was their 60s, and the live singer sang Frank Sinatra and Engleburt Humperdink. For our first visit we had a bar (pizza) pie, and a half onion rings - half French fries with a few beers. The bar pie was perfect for a coal fired pie; a touch on the crispy side. The fries and onion rings were good. The owner welcomed and seated us with a welcoming smile and friendly attitude. Our server, Daniel, was attentive, also friendly, and got our order right. The rest of the staff(including the bartender,) also in their 20s, all appeared just as friendly. The crowd, being a bit older retirees tonight, means this may not be the place for you to get hammered and hook up,if that's what you're looking for. Went there for an event tonight..waited 20 minutes for our drinks. Not to mention we showed up 45 minutes before event to eat. Five people came over to see if we were being helped because our server kayla was no were to be found. Wanted to go to our event so we told her we would come back to eat after.she said no problem..in the middle of the event she walks in with our food..great move since we were planting with dirt at a planting event. When we were done we explained it made us sick to think you cooked our burgers three hours ago and wanted to serve us the same burgers..you lied kayla to your boss..manager about our conversation.you said no problem about eating after the event. Maybe you were to stupid to remember our conversation since you could not even get us drinks on a timely manner. This place made me pay for the burgers..did i mention three hour old burgers. This place sux and i will NEVER return. By the way i am not done with my review of this place $30 dollars for three hour burgers..how does any decent establishment do something like this. I've been in the area quite a bit lately so we decided to try this place for some burgers. We weren't disappointed. I had the Pub Burger which is topped with cheddar, caramelized onions, and BBQ sauce. Roll was soft & fresh, meat was cooked to temp, only problem was that the onions weren't actually caramelized. They were just about sauteed which made me sad. Dad's burger with the horseradish sauce was a hit. Didn't get a chance to see any pizzas go by our table but perhaps we'll stop back another time to give one a try. Nice comfortable atmosphere. My family and I had visited this restaurant Wednesday night . We had sat a table Our waitresses name was Laura she was wonderful , the food was amazing the owner even greeted us at the door it was a very pleasurable experience. The only compliant i have is that after my wife and children left i sat at the bar for a drink with a friend and the bartender an older pregnant women with black short hair was very rude and overwhelmed she didn't even offer me a menu or just rudely said what do you want. And that they had no diaper changing station in the bathroom Overall besides the bartender everyone else was polite and welcoming. I would highly recommend coming here. read more
