After 10pm, there is a cover fee of $20 per person. It was quiet around 930pm when we arrived but it got pretty busy by 1030pm and crowded by 1130pm. Note: the back night club area opens at 11pm. Their online booking option was inflexible and I needed assistance. I called the hotel's mainline and they indicated they'd page the restaurant and that they'd return my call the same day. That never happened. When paying at this price point for a restaurant, I do expect them to at least be available for a phone call. Thankfully, we saw the other negative reviews and concluded that this kind of service would not satisfy us and canceled. We'll take our business elsewhere, as it would seem they've no need for it.
