Do NOT use this limo company! If you are hiring a limo for a luxury experience, do not go with this company!! We hired them for a goodbye drive to the airport. They showed up and the limo was damaged on the outside; we then found out that nothing worked on the inside - not even the windows, so the goodbye drive was ruined as we couldn't even wave to friends and family who were there to send us off. We asked for a partial refund and we were told they don't "give rides for free." Of course, no one is hiring a $300 limo for the ride - we could have hired an uber for $20! So if you are planning on hiring a limousine and expecting a good experience, do NOT go with this company! read more

I was very disappointed in our limo and driver. We rented a white limo and were driven in a black limo with a large dent and scratch/swipe down the side of the vehicle. The driver was not attentive or pleasant. Unfortunately, one of our party gets serious motion sickness and asked to ride in the front with the driver. She was told this was not possible because there was no front seat. So she had to drive herself to our destination (to girdwood from anchorage and back). When we arrived back at the end of the trip (an hour early of our scheduled rental), the driver was johnny-on-the-spot and in my face looking for a tip. read more

Steve is AMAZING! We were in Denali National Park and NEEDED to get back to Anchorage asap. I called him at 6:30 pm and I told him our situation. He suggested hotels and options and even offered to bring us food, knowing where we were. He showed up at the time he said he would. Had a nice clean and comfortable Town Car. Off we went to Anchorage! He is so worldly. We all talked for the whole trip! Made the 4 hour trip so fast. We arrived at our hotel at 2am. We were so grateful that he answered the phone so late in the day and was willing to be driving for 7 hours!! Wonderful man! read more

Our first pickup in Whittier after our cruise went smoothly. The towncar was a bit old but our driver was good. We were staying at the Alyeska Resort that night and headed to Anchorage airport the next day so we reserved again that afternoon for a 6:30 am pickup. 6:30 came and went - no car. I called the driver 4-5 times over the next 30 minutes and left voicemails - no response. I called the company 4-5 times over the next 45 minutes and left messages - no response. There is virtually no Uber or Lyft out there and taxis take one hour to get there from Anchorage. We ended up having to call Yellow Cab and wait nearly an hour for them to even get to us - then an hour drive to Anchorage. We made our flight - barely. I had to call them again during our layover to find out what happened. No apology - nothing. The person who answered the phone didn't know why our driver didn't show up. This was both a professional and awesome experience to say the least. I was pretty needy and even screwed up the dates that I was actually going to need to be picked up and free of charge Steve fixed the reservations with out question. I was surprised because normally in my experience any other place would have charged you to do this so it was nice to catch a break in choosing the right limo service. My driver Adrian was not only early but extremely courteous when I told him we were running a few minutes late he told me to take my time and didn't try to rush or badget me which help me calm down a little bit and when me and my husband got down to the limo he was attentive and polite and gave us full instructions on how to work the lights, music etc so we didn't have to figure it out ourselves and he made sure it was all working and we weren't wanting for any thing before hitting the road. The limo was nice and clean and we'll kept and also smelt fresh and I was happy to sign the smoke free waiver also since I am a non smoker.
