I booked a McLaren 720 to drive to an important event of mine, paid a $500 deposit, and received a confirmation receipt. A few days later (Thursday), Diego contacts me at 8:30 a.m. to say the McLaren 720 was in an accident and offered me a McLaren 570 instead. Within a couple of minutes, I confirmed and agreed to pick it up at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 5th. Simple, right? Wrong. The next day (Friday), around 330 p.m., Diego sends me pictures of a completely different vehicle, which made no sense since we already agreed on the 570. I was extremely busy on Friday, preppering for my event and didn't see the text until later that night. Around 11 p.m., I reluctantly responded "Okay, that will do." just to move things along. On April 5th, the day of the rental, I'm running late as I am finalizing everything for my event. At 1:30 p.m., I check my phone and see a text from Diego at 11 a.m.saying, "Since you did not confirm the vehicle, it is no longer available." Excuse me? I confirmed twice--once when he switched cars (from the 720 to the 570), and again when I agreed to the random care he sent. I immediately called Diego. A woman answers, transfers me to Diego, who says, "Give me 5 minutes and I'll call you back." Guess what? He never called back. I head to their "business" address, only to find a locked car lot with no customer access. Not a customer-facing business at all. I try calling Diego again--no answer. I call four more times--still no answer. I check my receipt and realize the address on it is completely different from the website. So, I drive to the address on the receipt and end up at a residential house. No business, no professionalism, just a couple of luxury cars sitting outside someone's home. I call the number on the receipt, and the man who answers tells me, "Diego said that he can't help you. He won't be helping you. So you can stop calling because he isn't going to answer." When I asked to speak to Diego directly, he says "I've been told not to transfer calls, ma'am. Have a nice day." and hung up on me. I'm beyond furious at this point, but I still need to have a car for my even that is later this evening. I call again, telling the woman that I need a car ASAP--any luxury car at this point, I don't care what it is. She says she'll take care of it. Of course, I never hear back. At this point, I've been completely blown off and left high and dry. Since Diego avoided me and didn't provide a service, I reported the charge as fraud with my card provider. This company is a complete scam--no accountability, no professionalism, and certainly no respect for paying customers. I eventually contacted MPH Club who offered the same rate and was able to secure a car within an hour. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.

They did a lot of work to the car to make sure it was in as perfect condition as possible before the final purchase. Bob Shaw worked overtime going back and forth from Braintree to make sure all the paperwork, registratration and servicing was done within 3 days. He hand delivered paperwork to me at home multiple times, was always available by cell phone, and even brought the car to my mechanic because I wanted it checked out. He gave me everything I asked for promptly and is as nice as can be. Bob Shaw is clearly an honest man and is wonderful to deal with. (A family dealership is the way to go!) I highly recommend him. And if you don't see what you want on the lot, give him a call because he goes to the auctions.

They have a bromance thing going on so they decided to go together and registered for Friday Feb. 19th 2016 at 4PM online a couple days later, they emailed us apologizing that they had to close by 1PM so we had to reschedule for anytime before 1PM. We chose 11AM, it wasn't an inconvenience afterall because my hubby's schedule changed last minute to 3rd shift for shore power duty (he's a marine electrician). Their reply was very prompt. We had no idea what autocross was but when we got to the address (which was the local mall in my city) like 5 min away, we saw it was a race track made with small orange cones in a large parking lot area. Which was cool, no problem. We were a little late but just in time to sign paperwork and listen in to the last training of the day. We had car insurance and *THEIR INSURANCE IS ONLY OPTIONAL EXTRA COVERAGE* My stepdad paid an extra $100 to get another 3 laps in the other car and gifted another order for my hubby as well. It's their bromance I swear. Lol The instructor/manager was cool as hell. They're all from Boston and I lived there for a year a few years ago so we had a good time joking around with them in their accent. Lol They allowed us to take as many pics as we wanted. And they also took video on a small ScanDisc memory card they provided. Hubby drove both cars and he said in was an epic feeling! I must say he handled the Rarri pretty damn well lol. When all the driving was done. They were wrapping up shop and the manager and other instructor ended up goving us all 3 FREE ride along laps! We had a fucking blast. I went in the lambo and that manager made that lambo and the track his bitches lol. I felt like I was in a Fast & Furious movie or a Nascar track. It was a truly exhilarating experience! After all the Snapchat vids and Facebook posts, out friends and family are definitely interested in trying it out next time they're in town. And since we are already customers, we get an extra lap each. Thank you for making this such an amazing and unique experience for us all in the Bay Area! You guys and YA CAHS are WICKED awesome!
