Marine Demirjian was not like that. She didn't want to dig into what kind of lab tests I did and didn't even knew it (this is an international lab test made in the well known allergy lab, test ALEX 2). She was also not interested in the root causes of my allergy. She even didn't do a physical exam or offer me skin tests. She sat like an idol in the distance and tried to finish the appointment as soon as possible. It was absolutely worthless, 500 hundred dollars for NOTHING. No help, no explanation. I was extremely dissatisfied with my visit and will never return to this clinic again. The only plus is that no one tried to cheat me out of money.

The cost of this completely unnecessary test was $1748.82 which I am wholly responsible for. Beware of the hidden costs of doing business with this office. They seem a little sleazy. P.S. This place is great. I was able to get in incredibly quickly with PA Shirvanian. She was very…read morethorough and knowledgeable about my condition MCAS which can be hard to find treatment for. My previous allergist thinks I may also have an incredibly rare condition called Progesterone Hypersensitivity but said we had already tried everything, so my symptoms become unbearable during certain times in my cycle. She came up with a medication adjustment we could try and said she would help me explore options. Here's the part I was most impressed by- a couple weeks later I got a call from her- she had spoken with the other doctor who has treated this condition and came up with a comprehensive plan if I wanted to get a formal diagnosis. She also discussed a medication option I haven't tried yet if I didn't want to go that route. This meant so much to me- it's felt really scary dealing with this potentially rare issue with no options, and the fact that she took so much time to come up with a plan and spent valuable time discussing it on the phone just shows she really cares about her patients and is able to be flexible with trying new things based on individual needs- which in my opinion is the single most important factor that makes an excellent provider. The office staff is also very nice and quick to respond. I'm definitely switching over care :)

I have now being trying to reach someone there for over a month-calls, emails, etc. and am constantly being ignored or pushed to someone else. I finally had to get more forceful in an email to get a response, which I did and was then sent yet again to someone else. Only recently did someone finally respond in an email simply stating, "we will not waive this" -verbatim-no proper grammar, no professional message of any kind, reasoning, signature, nothing. I am beyond frustrated with this place at this point and the lack of professionalism, kindness, etc. and what's more? Sending me to collections for $50 when inappropriate but also without even giving em the chance to settle with them first. Based on how the office has been run and my treatment, I would never go there for medical help. This is the most unprofessional office I've experienced in a long time.

Their website, which previously allowed messaging and appointment scheduling, has not been functioning for months. On several occasions I have had to go to the ER or urgent care simply because I could not reach my primary care doctor--who is supposed to be the first point of contact. When Dr. Emil was overseeing everything, the service was excellent; he is a great doctor. However, without proper access and communication, the quality of care is lost. I have since switched to another provider who is actually available to answer a call when needed. I hope this office can resolve these issues and return to the professional standard they once had, rather than continuing the current trend of being unavailable and overcapacity.

From my first appointment, Dr. Khadavi was different. He listened carefully and took my symptoms seriously. He didn't jump to conclusions or dismiss me as others had. His approach was thoughtful and methodical, first ruling causes out, identifying the underlying issue, and then creating a treatment plan. And if one step didn't work, he had a Plan B ready. I really feel that he was genuinely invested in helping me get better. Dr. Khadavi's treatment plan almost completely resolved my stomach issues in less than six months. For the first time in years, I feel stable and able to live my life without constantly monitoring every bite of food or in fear of flare-ups. He also reviewed my asthma medication and noticed I had been taking a sub-clinical dose of my preventative inhaler.
