Manager, Hannah L. and her staff provide good, professional service with flexible appointments to accommodate my schedule. The office has all the necessary dental equipment such as Xray machine in almost every dental room, a 3D Xray room, and onsite same-visit crown equipment. The cost is very competitive, at half to 2/3 of what my previous dentists charged me for similar works. What impress me the most was no pain in all my dental work done here, and of course the successful dental work performed on my teeth...which let me smile again.

He was an honest man who ran an honest practice and always put his patients first. I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing because he helped me overcome my fear of going to the dentist. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been very different. The office now feels more focused on making money than on patient care. I didn't feel the same level of compassion, and when I expressed concerns, I was made to feel uncomfortable. Dr. Wilson seemed nice, but my overall experience was extremely frustrating. I spent a significant amount of money on cleanings, fillings, and Invisalign treatment. The Invisalign process, in particular, was a mess. My aligners didn't fit the first time or the second time. They had to be adjusted just to make them work until the third set finally fit properly. At my last appointment, I was told I needed to start another round of Invisalign treatment to straighten my bottom teeth correctly. That made no sense to me. If that was necessary, why wasn't I told from the beginning? My goal was simply to have my aligners fit properly. I also paid $750 for four retainers that I never received. I never got a call to come in and pick them up, and no one followed up with me. After spending so much money at this office, I expected much better communication, honesty, and patient care. Everything felt wrong after my last visit. I left feeling like all they cared about was getting more money from me. There was one person in the front office whom I used to really like, but she seemed completely different than she was years ago. The office no longer has the same welcoming atmosphere it once did. I also felt there was a heavy emphasis on asking patients to leave Yelp reviews and sending personalized automated text messages , which only reinforced my impression that the focus had shifted away from patient care. To this day, I never received a call about the retainers I paid for, and I was left feeling ignored. At that point, I had lost all trust in the office. I no longer want the retainers or any additional Invisalign treatment. After this experience, I will never return. Just want to add my experience was from late last year.

However I've been to this dentist the tunes now and she is very good at minimizing discomfort. Two key things I noticed. She administers anesthetic very accurately. No pain ever after its been administered but the beauty is practically no facial numbness at all after getting out of the seat. Incredible. She is very considerate and keeps mouth-open time to a minimum. She offers lots of rest period to ensure you don't leave with a sore jaw. And each time she always empties your mouth of saliva so you can breathe easy by allowing you to close your mouth on the suction wand. Another important point I should make is her hands are small which you will appreciate greatly if you've got a small mouth like me. Lastly, her treatments are very conservative. My previous dentist was very aggressive in my treatment and she pointed out that a lot of it was not needed. She is most concerned about preserving your teeth so they last. My previous dentist wanted to pull the off my teeth but Dr. Nguyen instead did root canals and crowned them, thereby preserving the strength in my bite, whereas the other work my previous dentist had done were several extractions, bone grafts and bridge work, which I can't really bite down hard. Dr. Nguyen has been practicing dentist since 1994 so she is incredibly experienced. I highly recommend her for these reasons.

I was so happy how amazing doc Jennifer was treating them, and the whole staff there is friendly. She explained the steps of what she is about to do, get them familiar with tools and what to expect. She put sealant on my sons permanent molars so he won't have any major cavities throughout his life. I recommend her as a great dentist, especially with kids. She accepts insurance and medical as well as cash. Im so happy to find a great dentist right accross the street from my house. Im going to her soon too!
