My A/C quit working, and the heat index outside was 106. I checked on the internet for an appointment, it said, a week away. That won't work. So, I drove to the dealership, pulled inside, Jesus (service writer), looked at the car, said to leave it, I needed something to drive, he let me use a courtesy car, from Alan Jay. 3 days later (1 was a holiday), he called, said that my car was done. Wow! If anyone from the company reads this review, I want to say "Thank you". These guys came to my rescue when I got a flat tire. They called around to make sure I could get a proper tire and get back on the road within a few hours. I had my small dogs with me, who were being little Gremlins during this experience, and everyone was amazingly polite to us. They were able to take my request when I found out the low price of the tire to put all 4 new tires on the car while I waited. They gave me a ride to the shop from my car and I didn't have to worry about anything. It was a great customer service/roadside experience. read more

Beware consumers of this all consuming business may I tell you it's been 6 months now that I let sebring Elderly, disabled, and just plain women how the service dept worked on my car the estamae was 900. Roughly the problem was two coils computer diagnostic was 125. I have a this documentationand free with repair. I spoke with a man named Jesus, let him now all the gas lines were replaced I just needed a strong hand to put clips ongas was seeping out the clips held line so this would be easy. Myself I would have did just what was asked nope. Words like no problem I understand that needs to be adjusted comparing coil prices we discussed me getting them from parts store ues they had three times the price times 2 also considering the diagnostic of 125. I'd owe if they didn't do repair. Long story short was told the bill would now be so much less than written estimate I left it Jesus oversees the men working on my car and is not a mechanic.went back to be slap with a repair bill over 700. The itemized bill believe me was sooo untrue as to work preformed PTSD sufferer as I am, disabled with arthritis severe depression some bipolar. New to this Highlands county was dropped off to get my car just saying was expecting a bill under 450. Actually Jesus only said the parts being provided my bill would not be close to the original get that on writing even from Jesus be reassured by a new invoice no matter how you feel like asking would be insulting! The insult came into me the tears wiped and absolute confusion about how I felt a mistake was made by them Jesus went to get itemized invoice witch had charge for metal gas connector both gas lines and installing of these on this outrageous invoice. Crazy because I bought and installed them with my middle daughter yes necessity had us doing that with the help of the internet, you tube and also bought ,Chilton mechanics manual.my car is now a hostage of this High powered Business who has no real compation it's a monopoly the rich get richer and have very little understanding of the want to kick yourself for 1 not getting the new estimate and 2 not just doing the coils funny how the rule is in a book that tells this company just how to get paid 90. Hour the book so says it should be a three hour labor I guarantee I could have done the two coils in no more than a. Hour. Point is some one tried to extend sympathy and resolution when I talked to him he assured me that things would be reviewed 6 months later my car still has the code dont and will not be the first or last to be bullied by this Alen Jay so please be careful they also trying to put me on a loan for a new car from them priced at 14,000 blue book 3000.
