Best buying experience ever!…read more My fiance and I had been looking for a new Mustang convertible, and it was becoming seemingly impossible. Every dealer we had contacted in the area either did not have what we were looking for, or were on the verge of receiving what we were looking for, but selling it before the vehicles actually arrived. Then we found Bill Jarrett. We saw the car we wanted on their website, so we immediately emailed asking about the vehicle. Josh was very quick to respond, ensuring that he did have the vehicle, and offered a price that almost seemed too good to be true. We drove the three hours to the dealer, and a few hours later drove home in our brand new convertible. My fiance and I were both shocked about how easy and enjoyable the whole experience was. Many other dealers in our area had become very pushy, calling and texting nonstop with information that did not help us, some of them even yelling at us. It was the complete opposite at Bill Jarrett. It was very laid back, friendly, and not pushy at all. And, there was not too much price haggling since they already came in way lower than competitors. We worked with Josh (sales consultant), Eddie (manager), and Dennis (finance). Everyone was nice.....from the lady at the front desk to the finance guy. Everyone had a smile on their face and seemed so happy to help, even though they ended up staying a little later than their scheduled shifts to do so. They even recommended a cute little place for us to eat after we made our purchase. All in all, it was a very long day with six hours driving back and forth, but worth it in the long run! We would definitely recommend Bill Jarrett to anyone. I'm sure we will be going back when it is time to trade in :) Thanks, Bill Jarrett team!

Do you have an Uber friend? That's me! I give rides to two different ladies that have their cars…read moreserviced here. They smile and call me their Uber Friend! They pay me by buying lunch and an adult libation or two. Arriving- They are directly on US 27 South between Avon Park and Sebring. There is a turnoff both before and after them so if you miss one you can grab the other. Parking is a snap and dropping off is easy peasy. Ambience- This is a big place as they sell and service four or maybe more brands. As I've found with most dealerships, everything is spotless. The waiting area is comfortable with decent amenities. Customer Service- I have lots of experience with them as I accompany my friends on the drop and the pickup. I go in with them and participate in all the interactions. I've experienced multiple service folks on many occasions. Overall, servicing your car and the customer service that goes with it is 4 stars. The nice folks are good at explaining things simply and answering all your questions. The times they estimate are usually great with the occasional glitch due to parts availability. See my next point. Parts Availability- This seems to be a bit more of an issue than other dealerships I'm familiar with. I mention it because it was also true pre-pandemic. A part that was due in 2 days ends up being 7. That stuff is annoying and drops them a star. Conclusion- If you need dealership-level service, overall a decent place!

Jake (Manager) and Andres (My awesome sales rep) worked together to make it right and ordered the part. When a business does things right, they should be recognized. Thanks to everyone at Huston Chevrolet and CDRJ. My wife and I have always been treated very well at Huston. Tom

Service after the sale! Stopped for a visit today and found out they had a minor part waiting for…read moreme from when I bought my vehicle. I wasn't even aware of it so they got me info that immediately and was able to do my oil change as well with no wait. Daniel and his team were a great help getting me into a quality used vehicle and this just proves they care about their clients not just at the sale but, after the sale. I definately recommend them if you are looking for a quality used auto.

The worst slimeball car guy ever, Eric Kline. Mr. Kline has mommy issues, cannot deal with women…read morebeing knowledgeable or smarter than he... not a challenge give that he is as dumb as a box of rocks. Here's the facts he called "opinion:" a 2013 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab, 96K miles on it, clean truck, sharp looking but not overly different from the other 10 I'd looked at and drove. The brakes were dangerous even pushed to the floor (salesman agreed) and the tires were slicks (Mr. Kline said they were "1/8 of an inch better than the wear line" himself. And, the asking price- $15,500! So far overpriced and refused to make it right with the tires and brakes unless we paid for them (at his cost, what a deal). When I suggested that he was trying to treat me like an ignorant female who knows nothing about cars, I pushed a trigger button. When he told me the tires were an 1/8 of an inch better than the wear line, I could not help but laugh at him (that made him angry too). He walked out saying "I'm done here." What a childish display of unprofessionalism. The salesman, Hector, had to apologize to us for Mr. Kline's behavior. Look, it's not my problem that you bought a car you paid too much for. It's not my fault that your service inspection said that the tires and brakes were "good." Whoever did that inspection for you should be fired. Pompous, disrespectful ass. It's really too bad because they have some quality vehicles but safety is important and pricing competitively isn't opinion... sorry you didn't like being schooled by a girl.

-- Reputation is everything! -…read more I retired in this tiny town just over ten years ago and here are the things I hear about these fine folks- "God forbid if I ever needed another tow, I would call Macklin." "His employees are more friendly than the other shops in town." "I can get what I want done without that horrible upselling I get from other shops." "His prices are really fair." I could go on! Arriving- They are just off US Route 27 Southbound, very near all the Avon Park fast food places. If it's busy, park over to the left of the building. Ambience- The business has posted great photos, so I won't reinvent the wheel. The waiting room is basic and clean and most importantly, the chairs are comfortable. Customer Service- Solid as a rock! I blame the owner for his excellent hiring skills! Towing- 24/7, 365 days a year! Even if you're an impaired driver on New Year's Eve, these are your guys! Check their map on Yelp for the area they cover. Services- If it grinds or squeals or thunks or just plain fails, these guys will figure it out. Of course, they do regular service every X thousand miles. You know the deal. Pricing & Value- I'm like most folks. If I get something done, I will mention the price to my friends and neighbors to compare. Every time I smile! Conclusion- In my opinion, your chances of having a fine experience here are very high.
