Read on- Arriving- They are directly on the Northbound side of US Route 27 and a snap to find. There is a more than adequate private parking lot with two entrances and excellent handicapped parking. What more could you ask for! Ambience- Spotless, well lit, and beautifully organized! The App- It' solid and the usual deal. Sign up for notifications of deals etc. Product- The stuff in retail packaging is, as typical, serve-yourself. I don't come in often enough to learn the store, so I just ask where something is located. It's never a problem. Of course, they have a large stockroom where they have thousands of parts that are not in retail packaging. Customer Service- I'm always just blown away with how good they are! I needed some new windshield wipers. I gave the very nice lady the make and model of my car. She pulled up many choices on the computer screen. I chose Rain-X, and she retrieved them for me. I asked if she would put them on for me and received a smile and a quick "Of course!" She placed a towel on the hood of my car to protect it as she laid down the old wiper blades. Just wow! I was in and out in 10 minutes with a smile on my face! Conclusion- I was the 1st to review these fine folks 9 years ago and have since visited many times. My recent excellent experience was typical and not an exception. I'm increasing my stars to 5!

I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

Decided to come here after going to three other car repair shops to get my Ac fixed and everytime…read morethey ended up not fixing the actual problem. When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful. They admitted they made a mistake but wouldn't help us with the Adamaged engine. Offered us oil and the CORRECT filter is all. We had to send engine off and cost us $5000. I think we will hire an attorney or file a claim in court. So upset! And yes we went to District to ask them as well. Be careful when asking for parts because what info they put in the computer and the part they give you may not be correct.

It went immediately down hill. The person on the first counter, took a few minutes to look up when I told him what I needed. He asked the type of car, I told him it was for a trailer. He shrugged and said they should be over there, pointing to the back off the store. There were three or four service men at the counters, but the one I had made zero efforts to help me. I went and looked, could not find anything. Told him so, he shrugged and looked around the store. I left and went to O,Reilly and the were most helpful, spend some big bucks there!
