Read on- Arriving- They are directly on the Northbound side of US Route 27 and a snap to find. There is a more than adequate private parking lot with two entrances and excellent handicapped parking. What more could you ask for! Ambience- Spotless, well lit, and beautifully organized! The App- It' solid and the usual deal. Sign up for notifications of deals etc. Product- The stuff in retail packaging is, as typical, serve-yourself. I don't come in often enough to learn the store, so I just ask where something is located. It's never a problem. Of course, they have a large stockroom where they have thousands of parts that are not in retail packaging. Customer Service- I'm always just blown away with how good they are! I needed some new windshield wipers. I gave the very nice lady the make and model of my car. She pulled up many choices on the computer screen. I chose Rain-X, and she retrieved them for me. I asked if she would put them on for me and received a smile and a quick "Of course!" She placed a towel on the hood of my car to protect it as she laid down the old wiper blades. Just wow! I was in and out in 10 minutes with a smile on my face! Conclusion- I was the 1st to review these fine folks 9 years ago and have since visited many times. My recent excellent experience was typical and not an exception. I'm increasing my stars to 5!

It's amazing to me that we can support all of them! This one is exceptional and worth visiting if you need the odd part or accessory. Parking- I mention this separately because it's just a dream. It's on three sides of the store with multiple access points from the highway! Merchandising- So clean you can eat off the floor. Great signage. Just a pleasure to browse. Employee Expertise- Nobody knows everything about cars. Let's say I ask Mary a question. She might say "Bill knows all about that. Let me run and go get him." Sure enough, Bill is an encyclopedia on that subject. Just awesome! Pricing- I've been to the competition, and they are right in line with everyone else. A bonus is that their return policy is easy and quick. It's extremely likely that, if you visit, you'll find what you need. A solid experience all around.

Recently, I was patronizing a bar across the street, and I had a need so off I went. What a pleasant surprise! Atmosphere- This place is somewhat smaller than the other big auto part chains. It is spotless and well organized. Customer Service- I received a friendly greeting by the young employee who was the epitome of customer service. I couldn't have asked for more. Performance- I needed two items and they were found in a minute or so. The price was competitive, so I cashed out and I was out the door. I called and told them I suspect that the controller board is bad can they test it? No way to test it but they can swap it out to see if it works correctly with a new board. Okay, I'm thinking that this shouldn't be a big deal. I even took the outside cover off the furnace and put it back on afterwards. It probably took all of fifteen minutes to swap the board yet I was charged 45 minutes. The problem appeared to be the board but I wasn't going to pay the $200 they wanted for a board when I could get one for $65. That's probably why Glenn overcharged me for the diagnostic. Unscrupulous business practice if you ask me. My mistake was in not getting an estimate beforehand. I won't make that mistake again nor will I use this business again.

An hour and forty-five minutes later I had not received a text. I went back to the auto center. I could see my car outside that had been moved, so I assumed it was ready. I waited about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Finally, the guy waited on me. After a few more minutes he returns and tells me my car has not even been seen. I was not happy and I let him know. He told me he was in charge, apologized, and said he'd meet me there tomorrow early. I kinda felt sorry for him since he was the only one there and he was being as nice as possible, considering the circumstances.

I'll leave that stuff to the professionals. However, that doesn't mean that I don't need this kind of place from time to time. Maybe I need new wiper blades. How about my favorite brand of windshield washer fluid? Or maybe I need some touchup paint. For all these kinds of things, these guys are just fine. They are minutes from my home and have a big parking lot with easy in and out. They have great hours. The store is spotless, and I find it easy to find stuff.
