When you click on "detail pricing", it shows dealer fees, electronic fees, and tag fees. No problem. Got to the dealership and spoke with a salesman named Michael. Nice guy. He stated that the vehicle price was actually $55,000 and that the vehicle was a demo and couldn't be sold for six months. I let him know what the website shows, and he invited us in to check what it shows online and check with the manager. His computer shows what we showed. We asked to speak with the manager, and in comes Santiago Hernandez. No smile, nothing... I introduced myself and girlfriend. Not a word back from Santiago. He said that the website price is incorrect and he can't even sell the vehicle if he wanted to. I asked why the vehicle was listed at $38,970. He wouldn't answer, and deflected that he can't even sell it. I asked him again and he stated that it was an error and was priced incorrectly. I stated that there are laws that protect the consumer from listing a vehicle at one price, only to be selling it for a different price. I then proceeded to ask that even if the price was correct, why do they have the vehicle listed on the website for sale if they can't even sell it. He stated that he can put whatever he wants on the website. I stated that he stated earlier that corporate runs the website, but now he can make changes to the website so which was it? He responded that he puts whatever he wants on the website. I said thank you for your time and walked out. On the way out "Manager" Santiago yelled across the room, "Why don't you buy a Bronco in Sarasota?" I ignored him and kept walking.

I had such a great experience here, especially as someone going through the car loan process for the first time. I was honestly really nervous and didn't know what to expect, but Ryan and Rick were incredibly patient and understanding from the start. They took the time to walk me through everything step by step, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed, and made sure I actually understood my options. What stood out the most was how supportive they were. They really helped build my confidence in making this decision. It was not cleaned up - had glue and some paper stuck on the inside of side window and passenger front had glue . Use alcohol to clean it up. They charged it but up to about 60% when I took delivery. I called them the week after when I found glass damage on the back window which looked like obvious shipping strap induced damage. They said just take to some service center. No concern at all. A very uncaring,unmotivated dealership. They also said my car had the latest update. It didn't. I'm getting it done now. The finance guy was pretty good. Sales was horrible, although Ashley I think tried but not really trained for sales. Do not go here.

Scheduled my Ford F150 for service. The truck is 7 years old now and the brake pedal was a little…read morespongy. I asked for a quote for flushing the brake fluid and they provided me a quote and an appointment for a week later. I took the truck in for the appointment and they put it on the rack. This is when they decided to come to the waiting room and let me know they couldn't do the work without a full brake inspection. I had told them that the brakes were all replaced 6 months ago and that due to the time (7 years) the fluid has become contaminated with moisture and other contaminants. They told me they couldn't work on it without an inspection. I told them to pull my truck off their rack and I will be leaving. On the way out the service manager asked what was wrong and I told him my story. When I repeated to him what I had said to the girl at the counter, he asked me why I would want to change the brake fluid. I told him that brake fluid gets contaminated over a period of years and or miles and that it needs to be changed now and again over time. My brake pedal was spongy and it needed to be flushed. He had never heard of this before and didn't understand why I would want this. I told him to look it up and he will find out how the fluid reacts over time and why it needs to be flushed. I went a quarter mile down the street and found a independent shop that was very happy to do the work just as I had requested. After many years in the manufacturing industry with customers all over the world, I found the experience at Jarrett Ford in Avon Park, Florida to be lacking in their service department. After asking the clerk at the service counter if she could turn on the TV in the waiting room she said she would find out if it worked. She never returned with an answer or to turn on the TV. While sitting there for the 20 minutes before they told me they could not do what I had asked for without a full inspection, I noticed how dirty the waiting room was. Dust on all the bookcases and tables. I don't recommend this Ford dealership for service. They didn't do what I asked even after I had received a quote for the work I wanted done.
