    This had to be the best car buying experience I've ever had. The first dealership to not give you the run around with pricing. Nathan is the salesman I recommend I did my purchase over the phone and he made sure everything was clear and honest the whole way through the buying process. They even delivered the vehicle to my home 2 hours away free of charge. If you need a ford vehicle Gilbert ford should be your first option if you want the best service!

    Love my new truck. Nathan, my sales associate, was excellent in helping me every step of the way for my purchase of my new truck. He helped me learn all the new technology in the new truck and even helped me unload my old truck into the new. I would recommend Nathan to all my family and friends.     I sold my 2016 Ford F-150 to Gilbert Ford on June 28, 2021 for $28000. My payoff with Wells Fargo was $23,318.63, with a daily interest increase of $3.05. I have contacted the dealership, the salesman that printed off the paperwork and had me sign the bill of sale, about when I could expect to be paid, as every day cost me my profit at a rate of $3 per day. Finally, I looked at my Wells Fargo account on Friday, July 18, 2021, approximately 3 weeks later, and saw that the team at Gilbert Ford had finally gave some money to Wells Fargo. The problem with that was that they had paid it off, except $27.50. I knew that I would not receive my money (I have been without a vehicle as I was waiting on the money to put down on my next purchase) until they had paid off my truck and got the title from the bank. Due to this, I went ahead and paid the $27.50 off, so the title could be sent faster. I sent a text to my salesman about the fact that they didn't pay the payoff cost to Wells Fargo, and that I was paying it. The only response I got was, "Ok, that's strange that there was that small of a balance. I told him that "I (knew) that I can't get my check until you get this title, so I paid it. I need the check". He responded with, "Yes, should be no issues releasing the lien and mailing you a check". He didn't even identify, or accept any responsibility for, the fact that a mistake like that had been made and that the person that was being punished was me, the customer. I am not sure if that was part of the business model, but the fact remains that it is July 23, 2021 and I still have not received any money. The truck is still for sale, they are asking $32,699 for it. They didn't take a picture of it for some reason. I had a nice Westin Sportsman Grille Guard on it, but they probably took it off. I'm rambling now. Anyway, I get on the FLHSMV.gov site today to get my daughters paper title, when I see on the page that my truck is still showing an "electronic with lien" title type. So, I'm trying to figure out why when I called to talk to someone in management, I kept getting put on hold, then I was redirected to the sales manager who didn't take the call. I had to leave a message. So if you go down to Gilbert Ford, and look at my old 2016 Ford F150 for sale for $32,699 (that doesn't include the Dealer Service Fee of $699, the electronic filing fee of $148.93 either. They didn't have to do anything to that truck, I kept it immaculate) look to see if the VIN is 1FTEX1EP8GFC12777. If it is, could you please ask them if they finally paid me my money? They don't seem to want to talk to me. I would give them zero stars, or 5 turd emojis if I could.

After nearly 2k and numerous cancellations, no shows and a lot of frustration and two months, I was left with some wires pulled through the firewall. He asked me to order parts which I did. They were all wrong: Pitman arm and ignition module had to be bought again because they were incorrect parts. I don't think he's dishonest, I just think he's inept. After review of his response I have made additions: see fotos and the dates in the screenshots. This response was totally unacceptable and to blame me for this lack of professionalism is just plain wrong! See the dates and fotos. This truck is a 140k truck with some needs to I wanted addressed. It needs a few parts like you'll see in the chat! This wasn't a customer scorned. I just wanted my truck fixed !!! This of you that have been scammed and strung along by a mechanic will understand!!!! See the screenshot with cancellations and change dates. This was chronic cancellations and changes. I missed work one day. In fact, I even gave him my code to the garage to accommodate him. But, too much is too much. I couldn't justify paying him for constantly uncertainty. I can do this all day. Let me start by the metadata claim.... These are screen shots take the day of this posting genius....look at the dates in the chat. The parts you said I choose cheaper parts of lower quality ... see the new screen shots where you told me to purchase the specific parts and I did. You have disgraced yourself and lied and it's here in black and white with your chat. Also, pay attention to the dates that you told me to purchase and my response was I got them. You say you had no role which parts I purchased which is an absolute falsehood! It's in black and white. I have the chats here that you directed me to purchase certain items and I did! Highly customized? It's a totally stock 302 Ford Motor. The truck is a complete original and stock. The claim about a Latin America Truck is laughable. Is he a mechanic or a comedian? It was manufactured in the USA for Latin America and Canada. Know why? It has a speedometer in KM and hour. Yah the speedometer is in metric KM. Any novice can see that in the foto. My gosh! As for your cancellations and late shows. Look at 1 of numerous screen shots where you cancelled after I waited all day. In fact, I had to text you and ask "guess you're not showing?" I believe that was the day I didn't go to work and waited all day for you. Another falsehood that you claim all cancellations were done in Advance. See it in the screenshot You're deceit and lack of candor this will only make you look even more unprofessional. Keep editing, I'll keep posting the truth. I'm awaiting for an apology. BTW - having a couple friends make 5 star reviews the day I call you out isn't fooling anyone. They can see the dates and the lack of activity on their accounts. You had 2, 5 star ratings and nothing ore when I hired you... should have been the red flag to stay away. Now you have several with no depth and 3 of them posted within a couple hours of each other yesterday .
