David Swald from Don's ford is possibly the worst person I've ever had the displeasure of working…read morewith. It's been almost two months since I had to get my valve stems replaced and he still hasn't satisfied this issue. I brought the truck I bought from them that is still under warranty to get the valve stems replaced and one of the mechanics damaged my rim. I reach out politely to get it refinished. David has done nothing but ignore me and give me attitude. He keeps sending me this invoice but he put on the wrong valve stems.. why would I pay for yet ANOTHER mistake he made? I will not only never recommend anyone get a car from this place, but I will actively make sure everyone I know avoids going there. I've been going to them for scheduled service because that's where i bought the vehicle so I figured they'd be decent to work with. You usually find good service from workers who hope to get return business. Boy was I mistaken. Now I'm experiencing a bubbling noise when I turn off the motor so I'm assuming in his negligence, they either didn't replace the cap properly, or more likely didn't bother filling the coolant on my last service. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

Tomorrow will be 8 weeks! 2 months! And still. NO SATISFACTION! I've been fed some much bullshit…read moreand I'm sick of it!!! Now the salesman gave me attitude and I'm not standing for it!!!! This better get resolved or an attorney will be on this case! Never ever again will I go to this inept business!! How you can treat a PAID IN FULL customer this way is beyond me!!!! This establishment should be embarrassed by this nonsense!!!! And I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to never go to Don's Ford!!! I I could give negative stars I would!

This was my experience: I found a car online and inquired about it. I asked very specific questions…read moreabout its features. I travel an hour to look at this vehicle only to find out it DID NOT have ANY of the features I asked about, and the sales person I was communicating with was not there. After I was calmed down, another sales person helped me to see if they had anything else that would fit my needs. I had no intention of buying here after being lied to, but I did find a car that not only fit my needs, but they had it classified wrong, so it was under priced. We test drove it and it was great. We purchased the car. My son drove it home and said it was shaky. I thought, no way, it was smooth before, so I drove it. It was horrible. I immediately took it back. Their service department told me the tires were garbage. It was smooth when I drove it. Did they swap out the tires after they sold it to me?!? I told them I wanted new tires or give me my money back. They did change the tires. But wait, there's more. On a separate note, I purchased a vehicle on 6/28. They did not pay off my trade in until 7/10, which ended up costing me an additional $18.83. Whatever. But then I get a card in the mail that says I need to send them another $10 to get my registration !!! Bottom line, I spent $60,000 at this dealership, AFTER THEY LIED TO ME TO GET ME THERE, (I know, I should have RAN away), they tried to swap out great tires for garbage ones with "flat spots", their service department's words, not mine, they cost me $20 by holding my money for almost 2 weeks, and then held my registration ransom for an additional $10. RUN, don't walk, away from this dealership.

I scheduled my GMC pickup truck repair a week in advance specifically because I was told a loaner…read morevehicle would be available and I planned ahead so I wouldn't be without transportation. When I arrived at 8:00 am for my appointment, I was told there were no loaner vehicles available and to come back at 3:00 pm because one would be ready. At 3:00 pm there was still no loaner. No call, no update, no apology, nothing. The exact same thing happened on the second day. When I called to ask again about the loaner, I was told they "can't just wait with a loaner every time my truck breaks down." That made no sense because my truck didn't randomly break down. I scheduled this repair a week in advance so a loaner could be reserved. That's the entire point of making an appointment. I'm self-employed, so being left without transportation meant I couldn't work and lost income. That could have been avoided if they had simply honored what I scheduled for or been honest upfront that no loaner would be available. To make matters worse, I purchased a bumper-to-bumper protection plan and have spent 7k on it, yet it seems like every time I need a repair, there's another reason something isn't covered and even the bare minimum loaner promise provided by the warranty is never honored, Between the broken promises, poor communication, lost income, expensive repair bill, and a protection plan that has provided very little value, this has been an extremely disappointing expensive experience. I expected much better customer service and accountability from a trusted GMC dealership

Went from being excited to be buying a new car to worrying where they were gonna scam me next…read more Sold me a car that had a multitude of issues that they claimed they would help pay for and sort. Never recieved the check they were sending and now they don't respond or answer any calls. A lot of their reviews on google say similar. We were lucky enough the RMV told us the dealership was supposed to pay certain fees that they were just gonna let us pay after sending us 2.5 hours away to register the car. Very unfortunate Tim, Nick, Brigit and Dennis worked with us and honestly wouldn't recommend them to anyone find your vehicle somewhere else.
