He worked with us and was very patient with our financing decisions. He helped us every step of the way. When we took possession of the car there were a few hiccups with it and he personally came and got it, fixed what was wrong and even went above and beyond and did additional upgrades and delivered to our daughter. We couldn't be happier with the car and the service. I would highly recommend him for your next auto purchase.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I bought a great demo car from Wyatt Medley a few…read moreyears back. This year, I was back needing a solid, used SUV and fast. Wyatt is now the used sales manager. And did he come through. The car he found is in great shape, they're standing behind it with a three year factory warranty that was a reasonable add on, and despite the fact that I live an hour and a half away, they'll give me a loaner when I need service. The capper? The financing payments came in $25 LESS than my target payment. That's because they shopped around for the best deal. If this is how Steet Ponte intends to be in the future, they're the very best dealership I've ever dealt with and I don't ever have to go anywhere else. Strongly, strongly recommend.

(All other dealerships we talked to were non-specific or unresponsive.) Noel, our salesperson, understood exactly what we needed and wanted, and he mentioned but did not waste our time on upselling. The finance/paperwork person also did not push extras. Together they took care of everything. The result was that we arrived at 1pm, and drove away as happy owners of a new Honda at 5pm. All done! Then we discovered we had left an important paper in the old car. Noel found it and mailed it to us, saving us a ton of aggravation trying to replace it. Noel, our salesperson, and Matthew, the money guy, went above and beyond to meet our needs. We highly recommend this team.

Second purchase from Mastrovito in about a year, fantastic experience both times…read more The dealership is busy - unlike any other I've been to - there's people buzzing about everywhere and they're all on a mission. I highly recommend making an appointment -it will make things go much smoother and more efficient. The sales people are all friendly, well schooled and what's really impressive is how they help each other out to keep things going. One last and very important distinction that this dealership has versus the competition is the owner's commitment to giving back to the community. They're constantly supporting local causes and the whole dealership takes part. Give them a shot - see the difference.

They wanted to charge me $1000 to fix them. When I told them that was too much money for rear brakes, they called me back and dropped the the price to $763. Still too much so I told them no and I would have my Uncle look at them. My car is currently in Poland at a family business and they just called to tell my rear brakes and rotors are completely fine nothing wrong with them!! I am beyond disappointed in Mastrovito! They were looking to make money off me. I can't imagine what they do to older customers and women. How many times have they tried to rip someone off. They are wonderful by giving back to the community, just don't trust them when you take your car in for a recall. Btw the cost to replace both would have been $300 if needed. Big difference!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!
