They did all their diagnostics and they'd realized 3/4 of my spark plugs were misfiring. I watched them take out all the spark plugs and compared the old and new ones. I can't recall the last time I changed my spark plugs that definitely needed to be changed. Once they changed them and showed me the new ones, they were night and day difference. They test drove my car and after 1 week of driving it on the road my car feels good as new. Highly recommend coming here!!

Whether it was for a service or consultation/estimate, Mark has been patient to hear me out through my million questions and explain each process. He's never tried to pressure me to do a service I didn't need and their pricing is quite reasonable. He even threw in a brake inspection and O2 sensor test at no extra charge since I was already in for the valve adjustment! I read the reviews about them upselling their services and was a bit hesitant but the positive ones about their fast and great customer service won me over so I decided to give it a try. There was no wait on a Sunday mid afternoon, and I literally just sat in my car for less than 10 minutes and I was done. My total was $103 (oil change and they topped my coolant for an additional $6). I know I probably would've saved about $40 going to Jiffy Lube with a coupon but I really liked the convenience of not needing to leave my car. I was helped by London and Alex and the service I received from them was exceptional. I was offered a few other services for additional charge and the pricing weren't bad - but it was over 90 degrees today and all I really wanted to do was be able to get my oil changed quickly so I could turn my air conditioner back on. I received a list of recommendations on a few part replacements so I probably would go back soon to get it done. Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Hacienda Heights is a 10/10.

And so far, we were serviced within a reasonable time & we were charged $140 all-in for the oil-change using Liqui-moly oil. Jaime did recommend for a brake flush but did not push for it, leaving us room to decide for next time. The lot is full of European cars that needed service & this may indicate the number of people using their service. So for now, the four-stars is only because we the car did not need a major repair. We will see if for next time, they should earn the five-stars. But we are surely coming back.

Lifetime Alignment Package -- But No One Will Honor It?…read more I purchased a lifetime alignment package from Firestone and recently had a very frustrating experience trying to use it. I first went to the Rowland Heights location where I purchased the package. I was told that because the ownership had changed, they would no longer service me and that I needed to contact the corporate Firestone location in Walnut. I then went to the Walnut location, but they also refused to provide the alignment service, explaining that the Rowland Heights location is independently owned. As a customer, I should not have to be caught in the middle of Firestone's corporate versus franchise ownership structure. I purchased a lifetime alignment package from Firestone, expecting to be able to use the service when my vehicle needed it. The solution offered was to purchase another lifetime alignment package. Why would I do that when I am already having trouble getting the lifetime service I previously paid for? My car is a 2012, and the whole reason I purchased a lifetime package was to use it for the remaining life of my vehicle. After being sent from one location to another and still not receiving the service, I am extremely disappointed with how Firestone handled this situation.
