Whether it was for a service or consultation/estimate, Mark has been patient to hear me out through my million questions and explain each process. He's never tried to pressure me to do a service I didn't need and their pricing is quite reasonable. He even threw in a brake inspection and O2 sensor test at no extra charge since I was already in for the valve adjustment! I'm most happy to have found a mechanic that actually listens to my concerns - thanks to Mark for being so sweet! I brought my car in for front brakes and an oil change, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I read the reviews about them upselling their services and was a bit hesitant but the positive ones about their fast and great customer service won me over so I decided to give it a try. There was no wait on a Sunday mid afternoon, and I literally just sat in my car for less than 10 minutes and I was done. My total was $103 (oil change and they topped my coolant for an additional $6). I know I probably would've saved about $40 going to Jiffy Lube with a coupon but I really liked the convenience of not needing to leave my car. I was helped by London and Alex and the service I received from them was exceptional. I was offered a few other services for additional charge and the pricing weren't bad - but it was over 90 degrees today and all I really wanted to do was be able to get my oil changed quickly so I could turn my air conditioner back on. I received a list of recommendations on a few part replacements so I probably would go back soon to get it done. Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Hacienda Heights is a 10/10.

His team did same day work: rear differential fluid service, stainless steel braided brake lines installation, and a full brake fluid flush and bleed with DOT 4. They used the correct API GL-5 SAE 75W-85 gear oil for a limited-slip differential and torqued everything to spec. Results were obvious after starting my car. Firm pedal. Straight stops. Quiet rear end on LA freeways and in tight low-speed turns. Mike's communication stayed clear and kind. Price matched the estimate. No questions or upsell :) The waiting area has plenty of seats and a TV for those who can wait. The shop itself is very organized, clean, and tidy. About four or five lifts, busy but under control. If you need brake upgrades, a brake fluid flush, or differential service in Walnut or the San Gabriel Valley, this is the shop I recommend. And so far, we were serviced within a reasonable time & we were charged $140 all-in for the oil-change using Liqui-moly oil. Jaime did recommend for a brake flush but did not push for it, leaving us room to decide for next time. The lot is full of European cars that needed service & this may indicate the number of people using their service. So for now, the four-stars is only because we the car did not need a major repair. We will see if for next time, they should earn the five-stars. But we are surely coming back.

Yeah i dont think you are. Just because its a free alignment i get put back in the back burner. They dont care if you took a day off to take care of this, they just want to keep your car as long as they can because its a free service. I will take this to the higher up, better business bureau and the BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR, because they dont seem to take complaints serious now a days, thats why this business is dying. I want a refund for all the vehicles with lifetime alignment.

I just called this business about 2 hours ago and the impression I got over the phone was bad…read morecustomer service. Not sure who I talked to but I think they were having a bad day and took it out on me. I was trying to get some information about potentially replacing my 2006 Honda Accord's heater core. I first asked if they do this service which they do. I don't say the year of the car yet...then he proceeds to tell me it's going to be "thousands of dollars." I say ok and "I'm just calling around to get some different prices to see if it's worth it for me to do this service, since the car is older." He says "it's not me to tell you if it is worth it or not that's up to you" yes that's why I am calling to see what my options are??? I've been trying to tell him the year, make and model this whole phone call and he keeps talking over me and assumes and says "well I can't just give you a price over the phone like $200 and then you're going to come in shop and expect that price, you need to come in so we can get the accurate price" so it went from thousands to $200? I know it wasn't going to be $200. I say "ok I would like to give you my year make and model now and if you could tell me a price range for my information." He says "$700" and I say "ok not too bad" but then berades me that is not the final price once again. Then he says it's $90 just to check if it's even the problem when I already know this is the problem because my trusted mechanic checked it. Otherwise I wouldn't have called here. That is ok with me that this business policy is to charge for this check, I just didn't appreciate that he was rude to me over the phone and assuming that I wanted an accurate estimate right then and there with no information about my car. Then the cherry on top of it all was not asking if I had any other questions, and hangs up on me. Based on this customer service alone it doesn't make me feel like this business is genuine and I will not be servicing my car here.
