CHEESEBURGER - $7.99 - Fresh ground chuck USDA, Mayo, Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, and of course Cheese.

WHEN: Mon @12pm Finally decided to try this burger spot for lunch! I walked here but there are a couple of metered parking on the street. I believe the 3 spots right outside in the lot is for the bike shop next door. There are no indoor seatings, but there is one long bench seating right outside the restaurant. Here's what I had: CURLY FRIES - $3.99 Oh yeah, pretty good and well seasoned. Made to order! CHEESEBURGER - $7.99 Fresh ground chuck USDA, Mayo, Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, and of course Cheese. Solid burger! Meat patty was flavorful and juicy, the buns were soft, and it's everything I expect from a restaurant quality burger. I could have easily eaten the entire thing on top the other burger I had and fries. TERIYAKI BURGER - $8.99 Fresh ground chuck USDA, Mayo, Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Grilled Onion, and Teriyaki Glazer. One of the rare occasions where a burger can be delicious even though it has no cheese. The sweet flavors were good--I love the grilled onions and teriyaki sauce! The staff (I think owners) are sweet and nice and this is the kind of mom pops business I'd like to continue supporting! And don't forget to tip!

I came here around 2:30PM on a Monday and there was no line or crowd as the place was near closing. I ordered a cheese burger and curly fries with ranch dressing. Overall the meal was okay. The burger was classic but nothing stood out. The onion was sliced a little large with some film still on it. And either the ranch dressing or curly fries was a bit too salty. The place has decent value. The place is very classic if that's your burger style however, I'd rather head over to In n Out.

Delicious Teriyaki Burger

If you're having a hamburger attack, this is the place to go! I've been hearing about and passing The Alameda Grill for years. Today was the day! I ordered a Teriyaki burger, because I heard it was good. Man was it good! Grilled onions, a little char on the burger, tasty teriyaki sauce, just the right amount of fat, hot and juicy! I'm heeled! I almost forgot to take a picture I was so happy!

Great hamburger! I got the double cheeseburger, delicious! I've been coming here off and on since 2012. The lady is nice and patient when you order, but the menu is pretty much self-explanatory. The place is a grab and go, pretty small. Only small bench area outside. However, great food, and there is a reason why it's still around!

Good value, nice burgers, great fries. Hidden gem. My new go to spot the interior is sort of hole of the wall-esque but food comes out great.

Double cheeseburger with bacon, extra lettuce, extra grilled mushrooms, extra grilled onions, jalapeños, and an order of fries!

A tiny little to-go burger spot on Park Street and Webb. They do have a small bench and counter outside if you want to eat there. The nicest, sweetest lady (owner?) runs the show. She is always super friendly and funny. She seems to run the place solo as cook, cashier, and customer service. Very reasonable prices. Very delicious burgers. This is the place you want to go if you want the (in the BEST way) sloppy, juicy, messy, flavors dripping down your hand burger . Parking, depending on the day and time you go can possibly be challenging as it is right off park street, but they do also share a tiny (I think only 3-4 slot) parking lot with the bike shop. I would recommend this place when you just really want a no frills and decently priced BURGER BURGER.

Store front! Outside seating only!

Food: 8.5/10 Service: N/A (you order at the counter) the lady was very nice Wait time: no wait Saturday at 2pm Portion size: burger was medium; fries were small Not bad for a buy at the counter and sit outside place! My favorite burger is still a place in Nashville but this was pretty good for a homemade burger in a little shop! I got a cheeseburger with bacon and my husband got a double cheeseburger with bacon. Bacon is an extra $1.00 for 2 slices. We enjoyed it though! The meat was juicy and the condiments (lettuce, onion, tomato, mustard, mayo) were all fresh! I like how it was light mayo so that the mustard and mayonnaise don't take over the burger. We also got a side of nacho cheese fries with jalapenos on top! If you do get fries you will need 1 side per person. I felt like the portion size was small so make sure to order accordingly! We stayed and sat outside. There is no inside seating. It worked out for us since we brought our dog! And it was a nice warm day today! There is shelter for some shade as well.

More like a take-out counter than a restaurant. They cook up a pretty good cheeseburger for a pretty reasonable price.

Southshore Cafe, Alameda…read more This is a small, feel-good diner! There are a bunch of regular's here and you can tell everyone seems to know everyone here. What we ordered: Pork Chops from the Breakfast section and Joe's Special: Sauteed Ground Beef with Onions and Spinach. Both were delicious with big portions. The coffee's are continually refilled! This place feels very warm and welcoming. The staffs are always checking up to make sure things are doing great! Food was hot and delicious! We had a great experience dining here and would come back again!

Ordering was a little challenging because chicken and waffles aren't offered as a meal on the menu, so I had to order everything à la carte. I ordered the chicken wings, which came as a plate of six. They were fried very well and had great seasoning. Unfortunately, there was a lot of fat under the skin, which made them difficult for me to eat. The waffle, however, was cooked really well--soft and fluffy with crispy edges. It does have a distinctive flavor that's different from traditional waffle batter. If I had to guess, it tastes like baking powder is used. I really enjoyed the seating. I was able to sit in a small corner nook by myself, which I appreciated. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe felt like a family-oriented, local neighborhood restaurant.

Service was excellent and I love how the servers have all worked at this restaurant for a long time - staff retention is a rare thing these days. The burrata and prosciutto appetizer was very tasty and the beet salad was refreshing and healthy. We enjoyed the prosciutto pizza that had a nice truffle scent. The pastas were also excellent - we had the oxtail ravioli and the butternut squash agnolotti. The mixed seafood platter was very good and they added additional shrimp and scallops for us. The branzino and salmon were my favorite. Nice selection of cocktails, beer, and mocktails. The dessert menu has a nice variety. We got the zabaglione with berries and the chocolate cake with salted caramel ice cream to end the night. Def a nice place for large groups to get dinner and drinks.

I've been here a couple times prior. We ordered a pizza for an appetizer to share in addition to our individual entrées of the spaghetti del trabocco, the lasagna, and the ravioli con coda. The pizza with the Italian sausage had a lightly spicy kick and the thin crust was perfectly crispy. The pizza was great. It was salty and savory without being overly heavy. All of our pasta entrées were delicious too. Good flavor and filling without leaving you feeling too stuffed. We had leftovers too. My favorite was the tiramisu that we shared. It was moist and lightly sweet and it helped end the meal on a great note! The restaurant can be a little loud if they're busy, but otherwise it has a great ambiance. Great place to stop by in Alameda-even Alysa Liu loves this place!

Review is for the London Bus Burger, Louie Louie (soft-shelled crab) and onion rings! The Bureau 510 gets their burgers right: lightly seasoned, not overly handled so you can feel the wonderful texture along with some major juiciness. Also a big plus is their meat-to-bun ratio so you get a nice bite of burger with the sturdy yet soft bun. The Louie Louie looked amazing. My 2 friends ordered that and devoured. It was lightly battered, not greasy and a nice size. Onion rings were house-made and equally light with a beer batter. Delicious! Staff very welcoming, friendly and checked on us a couple of times. Menu has plenty of options to choose from. The Bureau 510 did a great job (has me craving more!) this visit so will definitely return to try items like the fish and chips, clam chowder and Chef Specials. Pricing is in line with other like places. Plenty of metered street parking. Another location in Emeryville I'll need to check out :)

Alley&Vine was the first recommendation via yelp, so off I went. Arrived at around 8pm and was greeted by the wonderful Janet. She was super kind, warm, and welcoming and gave me the option to sit at a table or the bar. Being a solo traveller, I opted for the bar which was honestly great. To Start, I had a Singapore sling. Its rare I see these on the menu so I had to try. It was strong and delicious! So happy with my choice. For food, I had so much meat. The lamb chops to start were incredible. This was served with a little mozzarella + tomato salad with all of the balsamic glaze. Super yummy and perfectly medium rare. Next time, I can just have this on its own. Definitely a star. Next, I had the duck breast which sat on a bed of spinach risotto. Very delicious and also cooked perfectly. Being Taylor, I had to finish out the dinner with another cocktail (lemon drop) that was great and finally I had a little glass of port as my dessert. All in al a great little dinner at Alley & Vine.
