The Ceviche Tradicional

This place is just delicious! Freshness & quality! The owner is a great chef and very attentive. Lots of people stop by, mostly for pick ups. They have tables and chairs available and it's nice to sit and enjoy the food with my friends.

When I tell y'all I waited for them to open during a rain storm and it was worth it... That's what I mean! Now you know I wouldn't lie to you! This right here was delicious. This is worth traveling for! The freshness, the crispiness. The food at this food truck is amazing! I just want to follow them like a maniac.

Chaufa de Carne

Not sure where the high reviews are coming from. Some reviewers mentioned tiny portions of meat, salty food, and soggy French fries and that's exactly what I experienced. Wanted to give a business just starting out some love but Food was less than average. Pictures show an abundance of meat and was taken by owner vice customers. Was disappointed with the meals. Ordered the chaufa de carne and lomo Saltado. The chaufa de carne barely had any meat and the dish was salty when tried by 2 people. The beef cubes were tiny and we both were asking where is the Meat... The lomo saltado's steak was good but again, little of the main protein. Rice, onions, and soggy french fries were overwhelming and should be the other way around. Both dishes provided very little meat and more of the cheaper things. Based on the little reviews, assuming they are just starting out. Quality/portions need to pick up and match what is being presented by business photos. Provided pictures of meals received.

as far as food trucks go this was pretty good. it was actually better than i expected. it was not the same quality that you would get from a good sit down restaurant but it was as close as it gets. i will definitely return. the service was great and the people running the place were super nice and attentive.

Their lomo saltado just wasn't right. Steak was also overcooked. I wouldn't order from here again.

Great food. Highly recommended. I normally get the fish tacos, but the rest of the menu is good too.

Rudest owner. Would not recommend ordering from this place. The food is horrible and the owner is worse.

Great food and service! Ceviche was full of flavor and the staff was friendly and efficientread more

We are in Miami overnight and wanted to experience some local cuisine and expand our culinary…read morehorizons. After some research, we opted to try Ceviches by Divino. We really had never tried Ceviche before, but the online menu really looked spectacular. Our waitress was Angie, and she was fantastic. Such a great personality, and she went out of her way to explain all the details before we ordered. It's actually disappointing that we are just passing through and may never go back, because I would seriously like to try every last item. Rather than bore you with the list of everything we ordered, I'll share what we considered to be the best of the best. CALAMARI... we both love calamari, and we have eaten this dish at many different places. This was the best ever. Perfect. CEVICHE DE SALMON EN CANASTA DE TOSTON... seriously one of the most delicious things I have ever put in my mouth. While we did order both the ceviche camaron and the ceviche trio mixto, the hands-down winner, no questions asked, was the CEVICHE DIVINO. We finished with the TORTA DE CHOCOLATE and the smoothest, creamiest cup of coffee ever. My wife is a chocolate cake expert, and while I was finishing all the ceviche, she was having an out of body experience with the cake. I have to say that while we are borderline foodies and love cooking and eating, we probably are not the most adventurous. So glad today was different, and so thrilled with our decision to eat here. 10/10

I rolled the dice and chose MAYU, a Peruvian restaurant located on the outskirts of Brickell. As soon as we walked into the restaurant the host was super welcoming. We got sat and immediately got greeted by our server ALEXANDER who happened to be a key element in our food experience. Many might overlook his presence as people are trying to look at the menu and figure out what they want to eat, but if you pay close attention the server, he will guide you to the best food experience you will ever encounter. Food we had in order: 1. Ceviche Classico 100/100 ( my husbands rating) 2. Ceviche del barrio 10/10 3. Acevichado roll 10/10 4. Hotate Parma without cream cheese 10/10 5. Pulpo anticuchero 10/10 (the octopus was so tender and delicious 6. Lomo saltado 10/10 ( amazing tender meat) must have !! Just as we were getting ready to leave we met Santiago, the manager and I asked him, "Why don't you have a Michelin star?!?!?" My mind was blown by how delicious and beautiful this food was. I wish them the best. This is truly a place to come and enjoy amazing Peruvian food. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. If you're a local here, DO NOT WALK PAST THIS ESTABLISHMENT. A special thanks to Alexander who made our experience amazing by explaining every dish and making us feel as if we were dining at his home. Would love a MAYU in LA.

I got the Pollo Saltado as it is my usual go to dish. The overall flavoring was decent, a little bit on the salty side. The chicken breast that came with it was a little dry and overcooked. Everything else was good with it, including the fries. Overall service was excellent. I sat at the bar, and the bartender was very attentive and conversational.
