Place was empty literally no one in the place at 12:15-12:45. Weird smell inside we ate outside with the wild cats everywhere. My sandwich was so bad it was filled with overcooked sugary apples and 1/8 of haraviti cheese. It was so aweful I went to buy another sandwich the $6 build your own I got for my child. I am guessing this place isn't a fad just low quality grilled cheese. The bread of mine was soggy. this place did not disappoint! i love that they close at a later time and they have tons of board games to play with friends. there's a decent amount of seating and lots of tvs if you're into that as well. the employee at the counter was super sweet. she went above and beyond with the service. my friend and i shared the short rib grilled cheese and it was amazing. the bread was toasted to perfection, and there was the perfect amount of filling. my only criticisms are that they didn't spread the filling, so some bites didn't have as much meat. additionally, the description said that the onions were caramelized, but they were not as soft as described. i also wish they put more of the onions. i would definitely come back to try their other sandwiches. they also have milkshakes and soft serve that sounded very intriguing. read more

When it comes to grilled sandwiches nobody does it better than Ms. Cheezious!!!!! The staff is friendly and they work pretty quick. Ambiance is also nice. The PULLED PORK MELT is my favorite ever. The pork is seasoned perfectly, a lot of cheese and a good size! ( The fries are ok sometimes can be salty ). The food was ok we ordered chicken and waffles the chicken was dry. The other order was chicken parm which was also dry. I also ordered the mac and cheese with pulled pork which I didn't care for. They do not offer refunds. But the cook was nice he remade mac and cheese for us and the waitress was really sweet she gave us a free milk shake and apologized multiple times. We come here a lot and are never disappointed. Our go to is the Croque monsieur but we have tried almost everything on the menu and love it all. The service is always friendly and prompt and the dining room is clean and nicely set up. I recently moved to Midtown. I found this place on Yelp. I finally made it here today for lunch. The place is cool and nice sized. It has a beautiful outdoor backyard with multiple tables to eat your meal and relax. Only downside is is they don't have any parking. The waitress told me the smoke shop around the corner you can park over there in their lot. Or pay for parking on the side streets. I ordered the short rib melt. I was totally blown away how delicious this sandwich was. It's on sourdough bread with jack cheese with delicious short ribs! It's all meat, no fat at all with some arugula and pickled onions. It was heaven on earth!!! Wow it's the bomb! I was in comfort food heaven! The soft tender meat with the melted cheese with toasted bread, and the sweetest and tangy pickled onions. I may be the only person in Miami who did not try Ms Cheezious. Great melts for every taste - pure deliciousness, and other items like soup, fries and cookies. When I found this grilled cheese shop around the corner from our Airbnb, how could I not try it? Covid-19: you can order and pay online. They also offer curbside pickup. I'm not sure how you're supposed to know when your order will be ready. When we called to say we were there, they told us that the time you're told online isn't accurate and had to wait 20 minutes longer. I thought the sandwiches wouldn't be that big, so my husband and I got 4 to split. I was wrong. They are pretty large. We got: the Mackin Melt, Southern Fried Chicken & Waffle Melt, Short Rib Melt, Croqueta Monsieur, Tomato Bisque, and a Pastelito Milkshake. The Short Rib Melt was definitely my favorite followed by the Mackin Melt. Both were very good and were perfect with the tomato bisque. The Croqueta Monsieur tasted a little too much like a ham and cheese sandwich for my liking. The Chicken & Waffle Melt was a little dry. We loved the Pastelito Milkshake. The biggest thing that I think makes this place not quite as good as other fancy grilled cheese places is the bread. I like a nice and crispy bread. Their bread was soggy. Stopped by one evening while visiting Miami with my husband, and it was very chill inside - not too busy. I ordered the BBQ pulled pork melt and Gouda Mac and cheese. Both were really good. I ordered my usual pesto grilled cheese with a side of fries and I was so pleasantly surprised with both the sandwich and fries. It reminded me of how amazing the grilled cheese are here. The Parmesan was perfectly crusted on the bread, it was filled with cheese goodness and a good amount of pesto. Amazing flavor and combination of the tomato, cheese, and bread. Go-to orders: 1) Custom grilled cheese: sourdough, tomato, bacon or hamburger patty, fontina or cheddar cheese Pair with: tomato soup OR sweet potato fries with a side of ranch (trust me on this) 2) Smashed burger Pair with: french fries with a side of cheese sauce (costs $1 more than the cheese fries, but it's worth it get an even cheese-to-fry ratio) When you're trying to hit that UberEats minimum add the turkey chili for a eat-later snack. Although I imagine really any of the "must have" items are amazing, I just stick with my tried and true above. This is the definition of comfort food. A neon sign greets you outside, and when you step in the restaurant you feel like you're transported to a different part of Miami. The menu was extensive, and it took us quite some time to decide what to order because everything just sounded more and more delicious as we kept reading. My friends and I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Melt, the vegan Tempeh wings and Short Rib Melt, with sides of Mac and Cheese. In all honesty, I wanted to order EVERYTHING, but the place is not the cheapest. At $10 a sandwich without fries or any sides, it's a bit pricey, although still worth it. They also offered different types of beers and other drinks. The service was really good and the food arrived quickly. Everything was delicious, and I made the right choice with the Buffalo Chicken Melt. I added a bit of spicy algo that they have at the front (along with many other hot sauces - don't miss it!) and it gave it the perfect spicy kick. My friend order Mac and Cheese with chicken on top, but the chicken came out a bit burnt. However, they quickly apologized and gave her a new order right away, so A+ for service there. Loved Ms. Cheezious as a good truck, and love them even more as a restaurant. The pulled pork grilled cheese has always been my favorite. This particular visit I brought my family from out of town to try and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The Mac and Cheese is so creamy and cheesy, I couldn't resist but to taste it myself. Overall, all of the food was delicious! The variety of soda flavors are awesome too. We tried the mixed berry Bellini, which was also delicious, but could have been a bit colder. Back when food trucks hit the scene and everyone was meeting at the weekly food truck pop up locations around town, Ms Cheezious was always on my list of trucks to try. I never made it though. Well, now that I'm living closer to their restaurant I decided it was time. For starters, they only had sourdough bread which was a total let down because I was really looking forward to the Texas toast. Mind you, it was lunch time so they couldn't have been open maybe a couple of hours and how they ran out of Texas toast so fast I don't know. And the place was empty. Or maybe they don't keep so much on hand. Or maybe they had a lot of to go orders. Not sure what the story was but I'm really trying to give them the benefit of the doubt here. Anyway, fine, I moved past that and ordered the BBQ pork melt. My son created his own with just bacon (so good!) and American cheese. The sandwiches were pretty good. Not good enough to have me racing back any time soon if I may be honest. The cheesy fries were typical, fake cheese, gooey heaven. I mean this in the best way possible. Lol. Cheesy fries are not meant to be anything but the type of food that brings you so much comfort and joy (without any guilt!) And these hit the spot. We also ordered the Oreo shake and a vanilla one.
